(This is Oc just the look she doesn't wear the clothes or the crown. I don't own her all rights goes to whoever created this beautiful picture.)

Aaravos Pov.

I felt disoriented as I slowly awake from my seep. I was laid across something soft and at first I thought it must be my bed, but memories of the past few weeks came flooding back to me all at once, memories of Viren and the war. I felt something soft and warm brush across my face gently, it felt so familiar, something I had not felt in a long, long time.

"Aaravos, its time to wake up love." A soft voice called out as a warm hand gently cupped my face, the voice sounded so familiar and when I heard it call out a warm feeling washed over me. I slowly opened my eyes but immediately squinted them as a bright light blinded me, a familiar silhouette stood above me and as my eyes adjusted I could make out more and more of the fetchers on the being above me, the familiar soft facial fetchers the great gold wings and spiraling white horns. I quickly sat up and turned my body to the woman before me with tears in my eyes.

"Ethereal, love is that really you?" Aaravos slowly reached out and cupped her face gently wiping away the tears that slowly slid down her face as she gazed into his eyes. She bought her hands up and placed them over his as she turned her head to his his left palm gently before looking at him again and giving a soft nod with a small wobbly smile. " How are you still alive I thought I lost you both." Aaravos paused before looking into the eyes of the woman before him with a sliver of hope in his heart, "Is our child..." He trailed off unable to finish his sentence as he saw the grief and guilt completely engulf the features and eyes of the woman and a strangled sob broke loose as tears pored down her cheeks, her whole body trembled and shook with the force of her sobs and she clutched onto his hands tightly as if she was afraid she would loose him as well. Aaravos felt the hope in his chest crumble to dust as he moved his hands from the woman's cheeks to her back, careful to avoid her wings as he held her to him tightly gently resting his head on the crown of her own making their horns click lightly together.

They stayed that way for a while taking comfort in the other. When their feelings stabilized a little they broke apart but laid in bed, Aaravos was curled on his left side with the woman curled into his chest with her hands clasped onto his shirt tightly. Aaravos was rubbing gentle circles on her back when he finally spoke after getting his thoughts together.

"Where did you bring us?" He asked curiously, he could sense that the Arcanum's where all a lot stronger in whatever location he and his mate where in currently

"I'm not sure, When we where attacked and I was injured my magic surged and my connection to my Arcanum seemed to vibrate, I blacked out before I woke up here, when I didn't feel our connection I panicked but I thought that there may be a chance that you where maybe just in hiding, but after about a hundred years I began to loose hope until a few weeks ago when I suddenly felt a tug on our connection, when I tied to find you that's when I realized that I was no longer in our word." Aaravos looked down at the woman in his arms with wide eyes, new worlds was something that they had been researching at the time when they had been attacked but they had never gotten the chance to complete. "In this world they have humans that can't use magic, elves without horns and they don't have a connection to the moon Arcanum either, they have a race called Dwarves that are basically 4 foot tall humans, they only have a few dragons and other races we don't have but they also don't have many thing we have either, almost everything in this world is not connected to a Arcanum so all the magic that usually flows through living things is stored in the Arcanum's making them stronger than the ones in our world. It took me a long time to be able to find a way to bring you here, what happened over there? When I brought yo here you where wounded and tied up, your magic was depleted and I thought I was going to loose you." The woman's voice broke as she buried her face in Aaravos's chest.

"Well, after I thought you died Avizandum sealed me in a mirror. I don't know how much time passed but that probably why you couldn't feel me, it was only recently that I escaped the mirror." Aaravos then proceeded to explain what happened over the years that led up to the events of the war, or at least what parts he new, like the dragon king's death the kidnaping of the dragon prince Azymondias and the deaths of the human queen and king. When he explained what was happening when she pulled him into this world, his mate clutched him tighter understanding just how close she had come to loosing him.

"Aaravos, although I don't agree how you went about getting your revenge I understand completely why you did it but I'm begging you, we are in a new world, and we will forever morn the lose of our first child, we'll never forgive them for what they have done but please don't let it control you or twist our love into something dark. Please I'm begging you, let us start a new life here, we'll start our family here where they can't reach us. I don't want to loose you again." She whispered the final part and if not for his elf hearing Aaravos would have missed it. He looked down at the woman in his arms. He gently used his finger to tilt her chin up before placing a gentle but firm kiss on her lips before pulling away and looking gently down at the woman in his arms.

"Alright, I promise. We'll settle down here... peacefully." He stated, and she was right, he would never forgive them for the death of his child, but he would not pursue revenge and risk loosing his mate and any future offspring they may have.

(These are her horns, just only about half the size and angled a little more back, and wings, but imagine them a gold white and no claw at the elbow. Again I don't own these pictures.)
