This is too much for a day. Loosing my mind and my strength all in a short span of hours.

Taehyung's whereabouts where still unknown and me being a pessimist, my mind does wander off to unwanted conclusions. Mostly the ones that I did not want to happen.

I'm not rejecting the fact that I feel something for him. Maybe it's because spending too much time with him, or my mind noticing him just then, or maybe he was trying to court me, which obviously was not happening.

I was asked to stay inside a room by Zarjin- Zargan- whatever his name was. If you name yourselves please name something which I could remember!

Well, the room was elegant and classy. With gray walls and red curtains all too flashy and firey. The room must have been as big as my lab, if not more. A huge bed in the middle with an attached bathroom on to the left. All too perfect. Not to mention the huge door that the room had.

I took my time to roam around the room, watching from the window, where the garden was, oh so lush and green. With some creepers and vines then some roses and morning glory.

This view can be a salvation for my parched mind. There were some people moving in the garden, talking and laughing, so cheerful.

That was when the door to the room opened and a very frantic Shenaya came running towards me.

"You are safe." She hugged me and patted my back.

"Hmm" a faint smile of relief brushed my lips.

Loosening her grip, she moved a step back and observed me.

"What are we going to do now?"

I shrugged. I myself was wondering the same.

What next?

I sighed and moved closer to the window.

"Maybe that guy could help us. He doesn't look dangerous." That was my conclusion.

"But we cannot deny the fact that he is a leader of some kind of a delegation. That too the one which presumably wants to do something with the Universal Committee" she replied.

"Why do you think so?" I asked.

The things were going better than when the ancestors ruled. We had no wars and bioweapons. No fights and feuds. Literally a happy world, with aliens in power. They did give us the freedom.

"I don't know. But why do you think they attacked Mr. Witzie?" She pointed out.

"Maybe for defending us?" That was a valid point.

"It makes no sense." She walked towards the door.

Opening the door, she took a peek outside and motioned me to follow her.

"Where are we going?" Is she upto some new dramas now?

"We have to find Jungkook. Then we'll plan something" she replied as she took careful steps ahead, just like a cat.

"This isn't good" I said. Something was off.

The whole hallway way too silent for a troop leader's house. Not even a single soul to be found.

Shenaya, like her heels caught on fire, started to run down the stairs.

"Hana, you are too slow." She turned back upon reaching the bottom stair.

"Hana, move it." She whisper-shouted.

She was angry. Maybe the fact that Jungkook was nowhere to be seen or the whole simple plan of ours all gone down the drain. Rubbing salt to her wound was the last thing I wanted to do. So without waiting further, I leaped down the stairs.

"Were you guys trying to escape or meet me?" A voice interrupted. The same voice with which I had the encounter with.

We halted in our tracks. I did not have the guts to face the person to whom the voice belonged, I had a vague thought of whom that would be.

Shenaya sighed and turned around.

"We want to meet Jungkook." She looked straight in his eyes, from what I could guess.

"What is the secret word?" I could hear the tapping of his shoes, impatient.

"Please?" I turned to face him with a fickle mind.

"We need to talk to him. Please." I didn't find any other way to ask than pleading.

He took a deep breath and walked towards a room to his right, with us right on his heels.

There he was, Jungkook sitting on a chair in front of a huge table, tapping his fingers impatiently on the brown wood of the table.

Shenaya ran towards him, sitting beside his chair. Jungkook had a huge smile plastered on his face after seeing us, or her.

Giving them their moments, I looked around the room in sheer wonder. It was elegantly designed with antiques and paintings, all in proportion. Even the walls coordinated well with the atmosphere in the room, cosy and warm.

I walked towards where the man whom I met stood. I felt the urge to loosen my guards around him. More like I had the thought that he is harmless, unless provoked. Maybe it happened as I had the feeling that someone is there to stand with me if something happens; Shenaya and Jungkook.

"You have a great taste in arts and designs." I stood in front of him. I could hear Shenaya and Jungkook's muffled voice behind me.

He nodded his head.

"Where did your cockiness vanish?" I tried to poke him.

He shrugged.

"I'm not usually cocky. I tend to be so at times. I have some works to be taken care of. Do not try to run away. I'll be back by evening, we need to talk." Saying this he vanished behind the door.

Giving out a sigh I turned back to watch the two souls behind me. They held each other's hands and Jungkook was gently stroking Shenaya's shoulder.

I would be lying if said I didn't miss Taehyung. I spent the twenty four hours of the seven days with him. That too for nearly two years throughout the process of the project. Moreover, I did care for him. Thoughts about him kept on sliding in my mind. How was he, where was he, did he eat anything. I didn't know any answers.

I walked towards them, sitting beside Jungkook.

He turned to face me. With a deep inhale he said," Taehyung knows something that you dont know."
