Chapter 9

The next day goes by fast and It becomes the day Derrick goes back home. I do not care I am in my pjs I run to his house and give him a hug and and kiss. "I'm sad your leaving" tears come. He picks my head up and looks me straight in the eyes. "Babe it's going to be ok".

He wipes my tears away. "I'll see you in 5 days it will come quick." "But I'll miss you Derrick". "There's always FaceTime off our phones". "True".

I wave goodbye then go back to my house. My mom made pancakes and bacon and left a note. I eat then get ready to go to where ever there taking me. We end up going parasailing. I am excited and scared at the same time.

My mom goes first I look up. It looks so fun. I yell to her "mom you having fun"? She never answers. I wave she waves back.

My dad finally goes and it's my turn I'm so scared to go they strap me in and up I go. It's so pretty up here the ocean looks so pretty. I can see the fairest wheel up here. I even seen a dolphin jump it was amazing. After 45 mins they bring me down and we go to shore.

We then go out to lunch it was nice I liked hanging with my parents. It was nice. Later that night we go to the board walk. It was a little chilly so I needed a jacket. But it was nice to be at the beach.

The next couple of days go by and it's our last night here. I get sad and excited at the same, so I go to the board walk one last time that night. I then get ready for bed and go to sleep.
