Chapter 2

The next day I get up and get my tea and make my eggs I go sit in the sun room we have. Later just after lunch I ask if I can go to the park. Dad tell me he may need the car so I get a ride to the park. I just walk an feed the ducks. It was chilly a little.

After a little I go sit on the swings. I've been at the park for about 3 hours, and it's was 1pm when I got here. Dad says I have an hour or two left before dinner so I just say ok then go on the swings for a while. After a little I look at my phone about an hour left here at the park. I take my head phones out and deiced to go on a walk around the lake one last time for the day and listen to music.

Little bit later my dad calls to tell me he is here, I tell him I'll be right there. I start walking back and before I know it I bump into someone. "OH I'M SORRY." I get a tap on the shoulder, and I look up "HI YOUR SHOUTING PLEASE STOP." I pull my earbud out "Sorry I didn't see you um well I got to go my dad is here and it's my family dinner time by."

I start to leave and I hear yelling. "WAIT WHAT IS YOUR NAME?" "HAZEL." "WHAT IS YOURS" "DERRICK." "WELL I GOT TO GO BY NICE TO MEET YOU."

I walk fast to the car and get in. "Hazel what took you so long we need to get home before dinner is done." "Sorry dad I didn't see where I was going and I bumped into someone." "Oh ok." We eat dinner then an hour later I go on a walk then get ready for bed and sleep.
