Peter's POV:

The sword flickered and suddenly it looked like a pen again, or at least it looked like a pen to me, but Thor held out his hands in calming gesture.

"Settle down young demigod. We mean you no harm, who is this Annabeth person?"

Percy ran a hand through his tangled hair his eyes wide with panic.

"She's my girlfriend, and my moms probably worried sick to, and Grover, and...."

He trailed off rubbing his forehead looking as if his world was collapsing in on itself. He spoke again his voice softer then before.

"What month is is it?"

Thor looked to Mr. Stark and Tony spoke his tone gentle.

"It's July 14th, 2021" (Blood of Olympus took place in 2010 and this is little over a decade later so yea 2021. Poor Percy)

Percy looked at us his eyes blank and then he collapsed on the bed his mouth open wide in shock. He slowly placed his head in his hands and he made a strangled sort of noise. He spoke his voice sounded like he was choking.

"Can I use a phone?"

I walked forward and handed him my phone. He took it his face deathly pale. He typed in a series of numbers and the phone rang, a few minutes later it picked up and I heard someone speak into the phone. Percy was quiet for a moment before he spoke he's voice strangely steady and calm.

"Hey mom."

There was a moment of silence then the person on the other line started shouting and I think I could hear crying. After a few moment Percy spoke interrupting the other person.

" I'm fine mom, I'm coming home as soon as I can. I'm sorry for making you worry."

He hung up his eyes dull. He handed me my phone and stood. His voice was void of any emotion as he spoke.

"Can you tell me where I am right now?"

I spoke feeling like we had missed something.

"umm sure, your in the Avengers tower in New York City, but do you mind telling us whats wrong?"

Percy chuckled darkly

"Lets just say I have a sudden appreciation for Hazel, Nico, and Bianna. Losing years of your life is no joke."

He looked at Thor.

"So you have nothing to do with this right? No plan to swap me with some other kids or use me to save the world against my will?"

Thor shook his head and Percy sighed.

"Didn't think so. Do you guys mind if I leave? Thanks for saving me and all, but I have get back to my friends and family. Its been a while."

Tony shook his head, but spoke his tone stern.

"Alright, but come back in a week we need to talk about what exactly happened to you."

He nodded, and Tony told me to help him get down to the first floor. I lead Percy down and to the street. He's quiet and even though he looks like he's the same age as me, his eyes look thousands of years older. After he hails a taxi and gets in, I turn away and go back in. I'll be back in one week as well cause no way am I going to wait for Tony decide to tell me what happened.

Percy's POV:

I feel like screaming, or crying or maybe just collapsing in on myself and dying. Ten years. I've been missing for an entire decade. My mom is now 46, I have a ten year old sister, a six year old little brother and Paul is now the head of his company. They live in a house just outside New York and they would have moved away entirely except they were waiting for me. They were hoping that I would come back. If its been ten years then I guess Annabeth is twenty six now, and here I am still sixteen. The world has changed while I was gone, and I feel like I'm a stranger to it. As if I no longer belong here on earth. The taxi driver interrupts my thoughts.

"Hey kid we're here."

I pay him and step out into the driveway of a neat little home with a garden. I walk up the steps and knock. The door is thrown open and I find myself face to face with a crowd of people. A dark haired italian man, a beautiful red headed woman, a man with golden hair, a slim native american lady, a broad shouldered chinese man, a hispanic man with wild curls, a stunning woman with caramel skin and in front of them a woman with golden curls and grey eyes grabs me in a hug. Over her shoulder I see my mother and Paul looking slightly older, but mostly the same, and two children who look a lot like my mom and Paul. Then the golden haired girl pulls back and judo flips me on the ground.

"What the heck Seaweed Brain!!!!!!!!!!"

I want to laugh and act like everything is normal, but it sticks in my throat. I feel dazed, and empty as if I've forgotten how to function. Annabeth helps me up and even though she's had ten years I find that I'm still taller. The others crowd closer and wrap me in hugs and they are all talking, crying, and laughing all at the same time. I stand in the midst of it all feeling numb. My mom sees my face and speaks her voice concerned.

"Percy, sweet heart are you ok."

The others pull back as she comes toward me and she put her hands on my face looking me in the eyes.

"Percy?"

And then I lose it. I wrap my arms around her and start sobbing. For years despite nearly dying and suffering through all kinds of pain, I'd been fine. Nothing had been bad enough to hurt me like this. My mom guided me to the couch and Hazel and Nico came forward eyes worried, but also full of understanding the others just look confused. Annabeth came and sat next to me as I gripped my mothers hand and tried to get control of myself. The two kids looked at me in confusion and the little girl wrinkled her nose slightly. Suddenly I was laughing my friends and mom shared a look of worry, but I shook my head. Before slowly gaining control of myself. I dried my face and looked at the two kids next to Paul a gentle smile on my face.

"Sorry guys. I'm a little crazy, bet mom told you that though. Still am I what you expected?"

Leo snorted, but I ignored him as the two kids studied me. The little boy hid partially behind Paul, but the little girl marched right up to me and grabbed my face in her hands before tugging on my hair.

"Mom, dad, Aunt Annabeth, and all the others told me all sorts of stories about you, but they made you sound waaaaaay cooler. I thought you'd be bigger, but you look just like your pictures and you cry way to much to be cool."

I laughed hard and so did the others, when I finally caught my breathe I nodded.

"Well thanks for that."

I looked around her and at the little boy.

"What do you think buddy?"

He looked me up and down for a moment before speaking.

"Your weird."

He pronounced and I laughed again.

"I sure am. Sorry to disappoint."

Paul smiled at me and I nodded back. Finally I turned to the others, my grin fading. I spoke trying to keep my tone light.

"So what did I miss?"
