Velle
I waited Iloy to finish his brekkie. Wala akong gagawin ngayon, my friends are in their houses' watching videos or whatsoever. And I am bored, kung wala siya ngayon I am watching some documentaries and listen to podcast of some doctors who inspires and answers all the aspiring medical practitioners questions. I am not boring nor my life, it's quite interesting, truth be told. There are a handful of people who says it's boring and prove their points like we're in a debate
A pancake will do for my tummy every morning, pero bumabawi naman ako sa lunch. Lala always makes yummy foods.
He always showered in the small bathroom beside our porch every time he's from work, silang dalawa ni mommy. They protect me at all cost and the people here in the house, lalo pa sa linya ng trabaho nila.
"Thanks dad" I high five him and he kissed the top of my head
"You don't have to do that. We're not after those grades, and definitely would not scold you if you have one 75" he softly spoke
I hug him tight. I love him so much. I love them. Hindi lang siya doctor kundi speaker din. He's a motivational speaker too for me.
I smiled at him. I knew what he is about to tell
Kahit anong trabaho pa 'yan" sabay naming sabi at tumawa
"I love you daddy dok" paglalambing ko sa kanya
He smiles
"Good morning, langga" bati niya at tumayo
I am not a teacher for him to stand-up and sit again. We're sitting on the same chair like last night. I forgot to asked him what's the meaning of what he said.
"Can I ask what you said last night?" Walang paligoy-ligoy kong tanong sa kanya
Tumawa naman siya at umiling-iling
"Nakita ko kagabi ang meaning nun langga. Kaya pala ikaw dumagan. Sorry, langga" ngingiti-ngiti niyang sabi.
( "Kaya pala tumakbo ka.")He timidly smile after, embarrassed
"Oh? Sinabihan ka ng dictionary? Buti nakausap mo" I kid, and he seems to not get my joke
The power of language is really on another level, it can be the reason why you can be in a cell. Powerhouse of the cell, mitochondria. Huh, corny.
