~Please~
()Eleanor()
~~~~~~~~ My eyes scan over the wolf standing before me, and when my eyes meet theirs, I nearly cry at the dull, lifeless look in them.
"What did you do to my brother?" I question my voice cracking as I go to step forward, only stopping as I feel the blade glide slightly against my throat.
"Oh you know, this and that." The Beta teasingly slides the blade against my skin.
"Let her go." Johnson commands. The blade is instantly removed from my throat, and I nearly fall when the Beta steps away from me, my body succumbing to the weight of my own body.
"Now." Johnson turns to look at Theodore, who is standing anxiously to the side, unable to move closer to us.
"If you try anything, if you even so much as step closer to dear Eleanor here, I'll kill her. Understood?"
Theodore hesitates for a moment before muttering a quiet, pained 'yes'.
"Now Scott, have fun with her. I want to see her suffer, okay? Don't make this too quick."
Scott snarls at me, lowering himself down as he bares his teeth. I take a step back, my eyes searching his for any sign of hope in them.
"Scott, come on, I'm your sister! Don't you remember?" Scott stands back to his full height as he gives me the once-over, growling at me as he advances.
"Scott, please." I plead with him, taking two steps back for every long stride of his.
He snarls aggressively as he lunges at me.
"Eleanor!" I hear Theodore call out as I duck out of the way, narrowly misses Scott's attack as I stagger away from him.
"Please! Scott! Remember! I'm your little sister!" He rushes towards me again, slashing my leg with his claw as I move out of the way.
I nearly fall as I hiss at the searing pain in my thigh.
"Eleanor! Fight back!" Theodore screams from his position, a pained toned to his voice. I glance at him quickly, catching his eyes as seeing the torture in his eyes as he watches intently.
"I won't fight my bother!" I growl out at him.
Scott makes another advancement, directly hitting my stomach as he slashes out, catching my while I was distracted.
"Scott, please." I hiss, clutching my abdomen as a warm liquid greets my fingertips.
"I'm begging you. Remember. Remember how you said you would always protect me. Remember how close we were, all of our memories."
He takes a daunting step towards me and I stumble away from him.
"Don't you remember?"
Don't you remember how I thought you'd died. How I saw your lifeless body hit the ground. How a part of me died that day. How my innocence got taken.
"What kind of sick game are you playing!?" Theodore screams, pure anger evident in his tone. "Stop this and leave peacefully before I order my people to attack!" Johnson tsks loudly at Theodore's statement. "That sounds like the words of someone who doesn't want their mate to stay alive."
I notice two more people run up to our little circle but don't dare look away from Scott.
"Theodore, what's going on?" Teddy's voice meets my ears and I groan in frustration. I feel someone approaching but Johnson quickly warns them off. "Don't want to kill the precious little runt, now do we?"
"Eleanor, are you okay?" Oliver. "Hey, hang in there Eleanor, I'll go find Lillian, she can help." Oliver says quickly before running off in some direction.
"Scott, listen, I don't know what they've done to you, but I know you're still in there, I know we can get through this, just please, remember."
I dodge another one of his attacks.
"Oh come on Eleanor, won't you fight your dear old brother?" Johnson taunts. "He's missed you ever so much." Johnson and the Beta snicker to themselves as I feel tears well up in my eyes.
"Scott, please." I put my hands in front of me, pleading with Scott to stay away as blood soaks through my shirt and drips down my legs.
I take a deep breath as he snarls at me.
"Do you remember your eighth birthday, Scott?" I start, causing Johnson to send me a confused glance.
"That's the one where dad had to go away on a trip. Do you remember that?" Scott advances on me with every step I take back.
"He was at another pack when they got attacked, he almost died helping them fight. Remember?"
I squeeze my eyes shut tightly for a moment, trying to ignore the pain in my leg and the pain in my heart. "It wasn't long after that they gave you 'the talk'. You had to be told about all of the horrible things that come with being an Alpha, it was just a safety precaution, in case something ever happened, but you were so miserable after that."
Scott lashes out and I stumble out of his reach.
"You ran into the woods and just... Cried. I followed you, even though I wasn't allowed in the woods, because you just seemed so upset running out there. You cried to me what seemed like hours about how scared you were, about how you didn't want to be the Alpha, about how horrible it would be. You tried to tell me to be Alpha instead..." I laugh lightly despite the situation, keeping my hands in front of me, warding Scott of.
"Even I knew how stupid me being an Alpha would be." I try not to look at Theodore when I say that because, even now, I still know how dumb it is.
"We talked for ages about it, and I had to remind you of all the goods things that come from being Alpha, about all the people you would help and all the places you would visit. I had to remind you that you'd be a wonderful Alpha, I mean... Everyone knew you would be... Do you remember that, Scott?" He snarls at me, breaking my heart just a little more.
I decide quickly, watching as Scott lurches back, preparing his body to lunge at me, and I stay still, readying my body fro the pure force that is about to hit it.
It happens in an instant, one moment I'm standing, the next my back is against the ground and I'm looking up at a growling wolf.
I never knew how terrifying Scott could be, but here I am, being properly scared by the person who vowed to protect me.
I ignore the screams of Theodore and Teddy as I reach my hand up to place it by his ear, feeling tears run down my face as I smile at him.
"It's okay Scottie, I forgive you."
Something switches in his body language in that instant, and I see his eyes instantly clear up, then something crazy happens.
Scott winks at me.
He looks up from me to Johnson, who nods. "This was a great show, go ahead and finish it for us all."
Scott nods quickly before turning down to look back at me. He snarls before leaning back and striking down at my throat. I cringe away from him, but when his teeth reach my throat, there is hardly the amount of pressure I expected.
I feel his teeth pierce my skin, but only just.
My eyes meet his, and I see the pleading look in them, the way they scream just one word.
