Jess's POV*I woke up, on a fluffy blue quilt. I looked around too see i was in my room. I was more confused. My head was hurting so badly.
I reached my hands to touch the aching skin, but instead of touching my smooth skin, i touched a rough wrap around my head.
I stood up, and almost fell to the ground, but I stayed put. I fought to regain my vision, which came back to me, thank gosh.
Hayes came in the room, he rushed over and lifted me up and laid me back on the warm comfortable bed. My eyes fluttered open and closed.
"How'd I get home?" I asked weakly, whimpering afterwards because of the throbbing in my head. Hayes sat down besides me, looking at me sympathetically.
"We all went to the school to see you. We were all so worried about you... you have no Idea how much everyone was freaked out." Hayes muttered, rubbing my arm soothingly. I just hummed back, too tired to even react. His touch was making me fall back to sleep. My eyes slowly began to droop, falling back into my slumber.
Hayes' POV*
I left Jess sleeping peacefully in her room. I made my way down the stairs only to interrupt Matt's ranting.
"Everyone is sending her 'get well soon' and stuff like that through Instagram and Twitter! How the hell do they even know about her?! She doesn't even have any social medias." Matt said worried.
"Maybe someone leaked a video and it went viral... you know about what happened to her." Nash said, leaning onto the dinner table, down where everyone was.
'I don't know.." I heard Matts voice.
"It wasn't me I swear! I didn't make a vine, or a tweet about her!" I said deffensively. Honestly why does it matter if she even has social media? It's not that big of a deal.
"Well she did make a vine with me, but, she was filming me, she wasn't in the vine." Cameron said.
"Well I have her phone and I know her password so..." Matt suggested.
"Whoa! Don't go thr-" I began to say, but then Jess came running in.
Jess' POV*
I slowly opened my eyes. I remembered everything. The hits, falling unconscious. And even talking to Hayes just a little bit ago. I'm guessing I didn't sleep much, because i'm still tired. Deciding that I needed to get up and grab something to eat, I attempted to get up from my bed and not fall.
I stumbled out of my room and I slowly neared my way towards the top of the stair case. Clutching my throbbing head as I felt as if I was about to tip over.
I stopped when I heard the boy's voices. My eyes widened as I quietly walked behind the wall, and listened to their conversation.
'I don't know.." I heard Matt's voice.
"It wasn't me I swear! I didn't make a vine, or a tweet about her!" I heard Hayes' voice say angered.
"Well she did make a vine with me, but she was filming me, she wasn't in the vine." Nash said. Oh no. They might find out about me... and my vine and twitter account.
"Well I have her phone and I know her password so..." My eyes widened as I quickly attempted to run down the stairs and charged at Matt and grabbing my phone out of his hand, and running towards the bathroom on the first floor, making sure to lock the door behind me.
I heard them screaming, and banging on the door to let them in. The throbbing in my head intensified, as I slid down the wall, tears were now streaming down my cheeks as the pain became unbearable.
But I refused to open the door for them. Instead, I managed to change my password to some 10 digit number. Now they will never get in. But I couldn't help but have felt betrayed by my own brother.
Sobs raked through by body, as the pain continued to rage in my head as if it was a burning fire.
Matt's POV*
I am banging on the door along with the other boys, trying to get my little sister to open the door. I don't even care about the phone, all I hear are her sobs and soft whimpers leaving her mouth. There is no doubt she isn't in pain from her print down the stairs to get her phone.
"Baby, let me in please, I want to help you." I tried again, my voice cracking. Only this time I hear her broken voice reply.
"I-I cant...get u-up" She whispers. She said it so softly that I could barley hear her.
"Baby girl i'm going to get a key, the rest of the boys are out here ok? I'm going to be right back." I panicked, leaving the boys to search for the bathroom key.
I searched the kitchen, checking all the cabinets and drawers. Finally finding the key, I sprinted to the bathroom. The boys got out of the way, letting me unlock the door.
When I did I looked inside, only to find her crawled up, crying behind the open door. She slowly lifted her head up. Visibly wincing in pain.
My face softened as I bent down and gathered her in my arms. Carrying her to her room upstairs Bridal style. The whimpers of pain were still escaping her lips as I pulled the quilt over her body. She relaxed a bit as she felt the warmth of her own bed again.
I leaned down and kissed her fore head as softly as I could. Then striding over to the door, closing the bedroom, making sure not to make any noise to wake up Jess. As soon as got outside the door I was faced with all my friends.
"I'm sorry about Jess... She's normally not this full of drama-" I started to apologize to them, only to be interrupted by Carter.
"Don't apologize, we understand she's just in pain today, she did get beat up at school. No offense but you can't judge her because she caused a scene. You took advantage of her while she was sleeping trying to get in her phone. Honestly who cares if she has social media? She's a teenage girl I think she should be allowed to own some. Cut her some slack, her life isn't the same anymore. You should have seen how upset she got when Hayes told her you never mentioned her on the tour."
I stood there questioning all that I did to my sister... Maybe it wasn't the right thing to do after all..
