Description:
A Persian King with the same name as his father. He took part of Egypt and was known to be a strong warrior. There is a tale of when he arrived in Egypt he wanted to see their sacred bull, but when they brought it to him he stabbed it to death. Another story tells that he was quite a drunk so much so that when one of his soldiers pointed this out to him and suggested he shouldn't drink so much he brought out the soldier's son and said something along the lines of "okay if I drink to much then I'll probably miss this shot." And he shot the man's son in the heart. He also showed little empathy to both the enemy and his own soldiers and was known to be quick to anger.

Noble Phantasm:
Lost army (A; anti-army): he calls upon the army that was swallowed in a sandstorm and lost to time to take out his enemies.
