Picture taking

Nilapitan na sila ni Richard.

" So you probably met your match? Cholo,  this is..."

"I'm Hailley!"pakilala ni Gwen sa sarili. Napatingin sa kanya si Kate at Richard sa kanya. "Nice to meet you, Cholo."bumaling sya sa bagong kasal. "Excuse us."

Naiwan namang puzzled sina Kate at Richard.

"What do you want? Bakit nandito ka? Sinusundan mo ba ko?"

"Ow.. So you finally remember me Hailley?" he said smiling like a jerk."And don't flatter yourself. Hindi kita sinusundan. Hindi mo ba naisip na baka imbitado rin ako?"

"Okay. Fine. Let's just pretend we never met." Gwen was about to leave.

" You don't boss me around." hinila niya ang kamay ni Gwen." And besides may utang ka pa sakin."

"Alright," she sighed." I'm sorry about what I did. I must admit Im too tired and helpless that night. Forgive me."

"Ganun na lang yun? You didnt know what humiliation I suffered that night."

"Fine! How do you want to get even? You'll slap me?"

Kinabahan si Gwen nang hawakan ni Cholo ang magkabila niyang pisngi at unti unting lumalapit ang mukha nito sa kanya. Nanlaki ang mata niya at tinangka niyang itulak ito.

To her surprise, huminto ito at tumawa.

"You're blushing!"

"Get your hands off me!"

"Ang sungit mo naman. You were not like this when I first saw you."

"At hindi ko rin inakalang presko at mayabang ang katulad mong... "

"Gwapo? I remember you couldnt  restrain yourself telling me how I look so good."

"Tapos ka na ba?" ani Gwen na tumaas ang kilay at akmang aalis ulit.

"Not so fast." sabi ni Cholo na humarang.

"Please don't make a scene here and let me go."

"The only way for me not to make a scene is for you to keep my company."

Napamaang na tumingin si Gwen kay Cholo. Gustong gusto na niyang makawala dito dahil alam niyang pinaglalaruan siya nito. He seemed to enjoy seeing her getting annoyed.

"Hailley, Im not as bad as you think I am."

She smirked,"Yeah. Right." sarcastic.

Everybody was summoned for picture taking. First, the bride and groom followed by the relatives, bride's maids and bridegroom's men.

Cholo held her hand para alalayan sya maglakad. When its their turn para kuhanan ng picture, inakbayan sya ni Cholo. Nilingon niya ang lalaki.

"Look in the camera and smile."

Sumunod naman sya but right after the picture taking inalis niya ang braso nito sa balikat nya.

Then a bunch of girls came.

"Hi Cholo! Nice to see you," si Aira.

" You still look good," Ellen said.

"And hot," Tina said.

"And conceited frog" bulong ni Gwen.

"And taken." hinila ni Cholo si Gwen.  " Id like you to meet my girlfriend."

Napamaang na napatingin sa kanya ang mga babae. Nagtaasan ang mga kilay ng mga ito.

Gwen was about to protest when Cholo spoke " If you'll excuse us girls. We need some time alone. Nice to see you." Hinila na siya ni Cholo palayo.

Nang makalayo sila ay bumitaw na si Cholo.

" Why did you do that? Tignan mo. Ang sama ng tingin nila sakin!"

"Shsshhhhh. Ang lakas ng boses mo. Don't worry I'll protect you." he winked.

"Let's get this over. Slap me now so were even."

Cholo raised his hand. Napapikit si Gwen in anticipation. But instead of slapping her, Cholo grabbed her and kissed her. Napadilat sya and the kiss was over.

"Now, were even." he smiled. " I can't afford to hurt such pretty face."
