It's been two days since we found Sasha, and two days since I last saw her. She got a new phone and apparently I didn't have her new number, so all I could do was go to her aunts house.
I wanted to spend more time with Sasha since I missed her, I grabbed my phone and went downstairs. I decided that I wanted to ride my back to Sasha's aunt house.
The air around me was quiet but all so comfortable, knowing that I might see Sasha again made me feel better.
Once I reached her aunts house, I noticed that the house looked different that before, somehow empty. I moved closer to take a look, the front door was slightly open and I could see the empty hallway.
I squinted to get a better view and that's when I noticed the cardboard boxes. That's when it hit me.
They moved.
Just as I was about to turn to leave, I felt a tap on my shoulder, I turned around to see Sasha, wearing her old smile, her blonde hair was let down and was wavy, her blue eyes were like a light shining under the sun. She was beautiful.
"Hey, I moved houses but not out of town, don't worry." She said.
I got down from my bike and walked beside it, pulling it with me, motioning for her to walk beside me."So, what do you wanna do today?" She asked,
"I don't know, read books, do something." I suggested, honestly I wanted to do anything for fun as long as it was with Sasha.
"Ok, Lucas look, you go to your house and wait for me there." She suggested, "what why?" I asked confused,
"Just do it," she laughed.
"Fine." I said not too happy but I went anyways..When I reached my house, I kept watching the clock waiting for Sasha to show up, three minutes later I heard the door bell go off, i went downstairs and opened the door to see Sasha. She was happy as she was holding a huge bag from target.
"What's this?" I asked, she said nothing and made her self in, grabbed some dish soap from the kitchen counter and went outside in the backyard.
I went outside to follow her, she got out a huge soap slide, "sash, are you kidding me? How about we play this somewhere else?" I suggested.
"You're right, lets go to the green hills at the end of the town, maybe we'll have more fun." She suggested. "Will you drive us?" She asked.I nodded. I went to the kitchen and grabbed three bottles of dish soap since it was slippery and would help us slide easily. Sash filled the huge back she had with junk food including two huge bags of Cheetos.
"Ok let's go." I called to Sasha as I helped her carry the bags.
Once we reached the hills I could smell the fresh air, And the fun coming, the wind blew on our faces making Sasha's blonde hair hit my face. This place was the quiet side of town, the hills were green, so green I felt I was in a Disney movie.
As we were walking up a a small hill Sasha said, "You know Lucas, i'm glad that I came back here at Mist-moor.".
Her words made me happy, as well as hyper, so I gave her the bags I was holding, she looked at me confused, "come on ." I said as I lowered myself, giving Sasha the sign that we were going to piggyback.
I ran up the hill, Sasha's weight was light on my back. "We're almost there!" She yelled as the point of the hill got closer.
Once we reached the top point I lowered myself again and threw Sasha on the green grass. She got up, "let's set everything up."
Sasha got out the soap slide, and put it on the edge of the hill, she put some soap on, as she sat ready to slide, she looked at me.
"Wanna invite someone over?" She asked, I nodded and took out my phone and called James and Amanda to come over.
And that's when I knew, I was going to have a great day.
