"Ready to see mommy?" I gasped. "Yeah!" Alex clapped, eager.
"She might be sleepy alright? So you have to be quiet and careful." I said before I entered her room door.
We were back at my house, but she hasn't been the same in a minute. I didn't want her to forget that she did have a baby, so I thought this would cheer her up.
She was watching Spongebob, with Robby sitting next to her, engrossed in the television.
I chuckled, they're just alike. "Hey." I made an entrance. She looked over at me and smiled, but her face lit up when she saw Alex.
"Hi mommy." He said in the back of my leg. She sat up, wincing a little. "You okay?" I asked her. She nodded her head, "Come 'ere." She held her arms around for Alex.
He looked up and me, stuck his tongue out a little while his little feet ran towards Kay. I chuckled, he was a determined lil' boy.
"Mama missed you." She coo'd. "I missed you too mama." He cuddled up against her. "I'ma see you later." I dapped Robby, kissed Alex's cheek and Kayden's soft lips.
"You want me to pick up anything?" I asked her. She shook her head, blushing.
"Ight." I headed out.

"Wassup?" I dapped Trent, Marcus, and Quinn. "How Kay?" Marcus asked.
"She good. I think she feeling better too." I cheesed. "Thats good. How you doing?" They asked.
I waved that off, "I'm fine. As long as she good." But in reality, I was looking forward to having another one. I was defiantly going to be in this one's life more.
"What you gone do about Sandra?" Trent asked, cleaning up his spot.
"Shit..She coming back today." I sighed. A few weeks ago, Sandra left on a business trip-but honestly, I could care less.
She left me when I needed her. This marriage, wasn't working out for me. "Fuck Sandra." I came out.
"We knew you was gone feel like that. Thats what we was saying bruh. That girl ain't good. I know she doing you dirty." Trent shook his head.
"But I put too mu-" "Nah, you didn't. She disrespectful as fuck." Quinn cut me off.
"Man, I'll handle it." I ended the conversation as a customer came in.

"Me and Alex coming now." Kayden informed me. "Ight." I smiled. She hung up and a few minutes later, Kayden walked in with Alex.
She was in a long white shirt, black jogging shorts, and white knee-high boots. Her hair was out and flat, she still looked good even if she wasn't trying.
Alex was wearing a varsity jacket, blue shirt, jeans, and his Timberlands. He was fly, I see him.
He ran over to me while Kay was doing his appointment signing.
"Wassup?" I rubbed his head. "Mama was crying." He whispered. I looked over at Kay and sighed.
"Do you know why?" "She says she's sad." He was horrible at whispering. "How about after I'm finished with work..We take her out!" He clapped his hands,
"Okay. Come on." I sat him in my chair and put a kid size poncho on him and started with my clippers.
I would glance up at Kay, but the receptionist Alyssa kept her busy and laughing.
I finished cutting his hair when Kay came walking over. She smiled, "Hey." I leaned into kiss her, she was moving for it to land on her cheek, but I grabbed her chin and planted my lips on hers.
We stood there for about 30 more seconds, just having our lips on each others. I pulled away and embraced her in a hug, "You ight?" I asked.
She nodded her head, "Alex looks good." She smiled. "Had to hook baby boy up." I smirked.
"Sandra came home." She mumbled. "She say something to you?" I grew stiff.
I shook my head, "She just walked out with a suitcase." She looked up at me. I shrugged, "As long as y'all good."
