021 - NARRATIVE AND MESSAGES

WONDERING

LAVENDER AWOKE THE NEXT DAY TO AN ENTIRELY SILENT HOUSEHOLD. usually she wouldn't complain because the boys were rowdy and annoying or they were just sleeping but something felt different. jaden had come into her room the night before for cuddles but after a while he had left, lavender thought nothing of it at the time but the boy usually stayed throughout the night and woke up with his girlfriend the next morning.

getting out of bed and showering before throwing on a pair of leggings and a random hoodie that belonged to one of the boys that was left hanging in her wardrobe, lavender quickly brushed her hair before making her way down the stairs of the sway house. it was deadly silent. you could hear the birds chirping outside and the little spirits of wind that would blow past every few seconds. lavenders footsteps could be heard on the marble flooring as well as any wooden flooring in the house.

the blonde entered the kitchen and still hadn't had any human interaction that morning, deciding to deal with any problems later when she was more awake, lavender sorted through all the cupboards looking for something to eat. eventually the girl settled on some lucky charms as she sat at the kitchen counter scrolling through tik tok whilst eating.

"lav?" kio asked walking into the kitchen. it was about fifteen minutes after lavender had finished eating her lucky charms and she was just simply scrolling through tik tok. she had texted all of the boys and was still waiting for a response from them but to her luck nothing had come through.

"kio!" she sighed in relief. "thank god someone is here i thought i was gonna go insane and lose my mind all alone in this house." lavender joked readjusting her resting position at the counter as kio walked over joining the blonde, positioning himself on a barstool.

"wait you don't know where the boys are either?" he inquired running a hand through his hair, a shocked expression on his face and lavender just shook her head with a raised eyebrow.

LAVENDER AND KIO HAD FINALLY FOUND OUT WHERE THE BOYS WERE.... they were in texas. did they find out from the boys themselves? no. they found out from tik tok which caused three very angry phone calls between lavender and josh, lavender and jaden and then one involving all of the boys, lavender and kio.

the boys explained how they wanted to 'get away now that quarantine was starting to be lifted' let's just say lavender definitely didn't agree with the idea and kio was just left behind. so the sway house for a little while was only going to hold two members, and so lavender and kio decided to make the most of it

lavender and kio used the pool daily, they had movie nights and ate all the food they could imagine. they rearranged everything in the boys rooms as a surprise for when they got back. the duo had a baking sesh and made cookies, brownies and cake...... which were all eaten in that same time period.

nick bean came round on several occasions to help with pranks and such. lavender ending up pulling several all nighters with the girls over face time as none of them wanted to risk quarantine even though it had been lifted in a few places, the girls wanted to stay as safe as possible.

tayler holder popped around to personally meet lavender and not over facetime and the two ended up hitting it off straight away.

of course both kio and lavender complained to each other about how they missed olivia and jaden but they put up with it and comforted each other throughout the days that the boys were gone.

and kio and lavender grew closer, it wasn't intentional but if the boys had of never left for texas the duo probably wouldn't be as close as they were now so maybe the boys leaving was a good thing?

but maybe it wasn't.....
