031 - NARRATIVE AND PHONE CALL

WONDERING

LAVENDER WOKE UP EARLY THE NEXT DAY WITH A POUNDING HEADACHE AND SLIGHTLY SORE LEGS. reaching beside her to grab her phone the girl noticed it was only 7:30 which was very early compared to usual especially after a party. turning over to try and get back to sleep, lavender saw a tuft of white hair beside her and immediately jolted upright. "no no no no." she muttered repeatedly gripping at her hair her eyes scanning the bed rapidly. next to her laid jaden. of course. he had no clothes on apart from some calvins and his hair was a mess, he had scratches all down his back and a few hickeys on his chest. "what the fuck did i do?" lavender muttered grabbing her phone and running into her bathroom. preparing to call avani the girl came to a sudden hault looking in her mirror to see she was only wearing one of jaden's shirts probably given to her after they'd done the deed, and her neck was littered with marks, as were her thighs.

dialling avanis number lavender paced back and forth in her bathroom "pick up pick up pick up." she frantically repeated stressing herself out. the ringing stopped as shuffling was heard on the other end of the line and a very quiet and annoyed avani answered the call.

INCOMING CALL FROM 'BEBE🦋'

lav? why are you up so early.

lavender completely disregarded the girls question talking in a hushed whisper hoping to not wake up her guest.

vani, i did a bad thing.

lavender cut the girl off not being able to take it anymore

avani asked in shock

i may have had a few too many drinks last night and he was there and i slept with him

avani simply said down the phone with no remorse.

lavender harshly whispered slightly opening her bathroom door, checking to see if jaden was awake.

no. that's the thing i just woke up and he's next to me unclothed and i'm in his shirt.

lavender stressed continuing to pace around her bathroom.

avani instructed

okay here's what you're gonna do. you're gonna wake up jaden tell him to forget about it you were both drunk tell him you aren't gonna tell anyone, make him put on a hoodie and sweats whilst you do the same, use makeup to cover anything you can and just say your burnt yourself with your curlers last night and when they start to fade you can cover them properly alright?

avani ran through the plan, lavender nodding even though the girl couldn't see her.

lavender hung up the phone letting out a shaky breathe as she clutched it tightly in her hands, staring in the mirror for a few seconds before regaining composure and walking back into her room.

hearing movement jaden began to stir opening his eyes letting out a small whine before noticing that this most definitely wasn't his room. "what the fuck?" he muttered looking around seeing that he was in lavender's room but she was no longer next to him. lifting up the many blankets jaden noticed he was only in his boxers before looking around and noticing all of the clothes that had been disregarded the night before. pressing a hand to his hand the boy let out a sharp breath as last nights events came flooding back to him.

he'd gotten drunk and jealous, punched the absolute shit out of someone the same having been done to him. refused to let the boys help pissed off lavender enough meaning she decided to help before making a move on her and one thing lead to another and they fucked. again. jaden could hear harsh whispers coming from the bathroom so he assumed that lavender was having a mini freak out of her own probably on the phone to avani or something.

the blonde girl walked out of her bathroom noticing that jaden was no longer asleep. "good you're awake." she adressed walking straight passed him to her wardrobe. jaden spent this time looking her up and down admiring his work. he did have to admit she looked good in his shirt. "okay so this." lavender motioned between the two of them, her bed and their scattered clothes. "never happened. we didn't hook up i cleaned you up and you slept on the floor. we'll wear hoodies and sweats until these fade and only hoodies and sweats. we tell nobody and if they find out they aren't telling anyone." she explained the whole situation whilst getting changed meaning jaden almost couldn't concentrate properly.

the girl picked up some old sweats and a hoodie she'd stolen from jaden once they were dating and threw them at the boy who started changing. "you understand?" she asked and jaden simply just nodded. the two made awkward eye contact as jaden stood up rubbing the back of his neck. "i'll um. i'll go" he muttered as lavender snapped out of her stare and nodded unlocking the door, and as soon as the blonde left she slid down the door letting out a heavy sigh.
