"Wait...what?"

"I like a girl."

Jaune gasped "i didn't think it was possible"

"What do you mean?"

"To be honest thought you were like.. Sexually attracted to weapons" he laughed but stopped on receiving a glare. "Sorta... Half joking. You just never seem interested in anyone, figured you were a little to young for it-"

"Im only two years younger then you! In 16 now why does everyone treat me like im twelve. I have responsibilities and a team...a team.."

He put his hands up in a defensive matter "so... The problem is?"

"Liking her. She's the problem."

He narrowed his eyes at her. "I beg your pardon?"

"She's... She's really great and so out of my league. Her talent is just.. Out of this world."

"Damn if i didn't know any better i think you'd be talking about weiss haha...."
He glanced at her. "Right ruby? Its not her is it..?"

"I-....i.."

"Holy shit..."

If anyone asked her if she believed in love at first sight, she'd say no. It didn't make sense. Yes some things were fated but that didn't mean everything followed a line. A direction. Fate is the big picture, what it will lead too. Not the leading part. It's just making a pit stop to it's final destination. Many or few pit stops.  But the big picture is something you can't escape from.

Meeting ruby was fate. Crossing paths the way they did was a 3 second pit stop. Then they met. Yes, in a rude way. She wasn't sure if ruby was nice. She was simply defending herself in a rude way.

She sighed, she couldn't find her. She found a tree and laid on it. The sky seemed to taunt her, gray dark clouds making there way over the school.

Did it really matter if she came back? It would just be awkward.  Ruby probably hates her.

Yea, well i probably wouldn't want to see yah too... Mostly in general. You're a mess.

"Ngh..." She smiled dully "how could i forget.." Her hand laid limply on her stomach. "Shouldn't have yanked those wires out so hard..."  She slumped against the tree.

She pulled at her red strip of hair "oum why..."

" "oum why" " he mimicked in. A high pitch voice "have you seen her? She's amazing! She's great,talented, and so so pretty.-"

" don't you think i know that? She's weiss schnee. She's like a princess, but you and i both know she's out of our league"

"Jeez relax ruby, im dumb but even i got the hint. She will never like someone like me. Im too dorky for her. She's better off with someone like you, that's why I'm gonna let her go..."
