Chapter 50

I've never doubted her power. Not even for a second as we traveled through the tunnels of the River of Memories. I could hear the voice again. It came in the form of a light in the ice. Elsa was singing the song, and I knew that it was the right one. The river came alive, and it was only a matter of time. She made it easy for all of us to follow her.

In that dark chamber, the visions in the crystals made the words of the prophecy real. The Elemental Spirits, the Guardians, the Sun drop and Moonstone, and the Dragons. The crest in the ice made it all real. A part of me was denying this because it was just so big. But, seeing Elsa now, embracing her now alive parents are a big indicator that all Manny's words in that dream just got real.

"Mother? Father?" The entire chamber was quiet, Anna's breaking voice echoing as she approached her reunited family.

They all turned to her and opened their arms wide. The redhead didn't hesitate for a second to join in on the family reunion. They were all crying, happy tears though. I'm guessing the feeling is overwhelming.

Another reunion happened too.

"Olivia?" King Edmund, Eugene's father, ask the woman who came with Queen Iduna and King Agnar.

"Edmund? Horace?" She asked as she approached him.

"Mother?" Eugene's voice was small, but it was full of emotion.

In a flash, they were wrapped in a tight hug together. The three of them crying happily to be reunited again.

I almost barked out a laugh at the name. Man, I am so lucky that I was named Jackson. I don't know which is worse at this point. Hiccup or Horace? I slapped my hand to my face to hide the smile. I turned away for good measure because I do not want to be the one to break such a beautiful moment.

All this love in the room made families all gather in a hug. Except for the Royal Family of Corona.

From what Elsa told me, Ariana and Agnar are brother and sister -Ariana being older. Ariana and Richard fell in love very young, the same way Elsa told me her parents fell in love. Ariana was 4 years older than Agnar, and he was only 13 when she and Richard got married and went away to rule a kingdom of their own. She also told me that in that process, Agnar and Richard grew to love each other as brothers -maybe even surpassing the sibling relationship Ariana and Agnar have. Hence, the two families having a really close bond. Even after years of separation, it was like it never happened.

So, instead of hugging each other, they approached the Arendellian Royal Family and joined in the hug. Their family was finally complete. They were all crying, the tears were still flowing from their closed eyes.

It really was a perfect moment, until something flashed in the ice before us. It was like a huge picture inside the ice. And it was showing something that we all needed to know.

Elsa saw it the same time I did, and she used her powers to bring that memory to life -taking shape in figures of snow that move and talk.

It was a meeting -familiar men seated in a big round table. What caught my eye the most is the pieces of paper on the table. Four of them, to be precise. Each of them had the symbol of the different kinds of powerful magic existing today -the Spirits of the Enchanted Forest, the Guardians, the Sun Drop and Moonstone, and the Dragons.

All the hugs dispersed as all our attention was focused on the scene in snow before us.

"Pitch." Bunny suddenly growled in anger.

He was right. The sinister lord of darkness himself was seated at the head of the table. And from the looks of the men he was with, this was an evil plan brewing among them. And from the smirk in his face, there was no doubt this was gonna be badder than bad.
