***Naruto***
I have been living with Kakashi for five days now. I realy don't understand this man, why is he so comfortable around me when we barely know each other? Why is he so kind to a stranger like me? Why is he helping me?
Growing up on the streets, no one to love, surrounded by hate, unwanted and called a 'vermin' you'd think I'd feel grateful for this man's act of kindness towards me. I am, actualy, very grateful. But I'm still suspicious of him because there's still a possibility he has an ulterior motive.
What if he thinks I'll owe him a favor this way for saving my life?
How will I repay him?
"Hey, Naruto?" Kakashi appears behind the couch, scaring the crap out of me. I let out a squeel--something I'm so ashamed of--and fell off the couch, amusing the man because he started laughing.
"K-Kakashi-san!" I hurriedly stood up, so to not make an even bigger fool of myself.
The silverette waved a dismissive hand. "How many times have I told you Naruto, just call me Kakashi" he presses a knuckle to his cheek and gave me a close eyesmile. "being called 'Kakashi-san' makes me sound old"
"O-okay...Kakashi...what is it?" I went to sit on the loveseat and the man moved to stand infront of me.
He just stared at me for a several seconds and I grew uneasy and conscious. Why is he staring at me like that? Do I have something on my face? Is he contemplenting wheather or not to rape me right there and then?! God please no! Please he doesn't have to anyway! I-I'll gladly surrender myself if it'll make things end quicker and easier!
"The clothes you wore when I found you. Those were the only clothes you have, right?"
I blinked stupidly. "Uhhh....yes?" I watched the man rub his chin with a finger before snapping his fingers and pulling me up to my feet. "Well we can't have you wearing the same clothes forever. And you can't keep wearing my clothes anymore. As cute as they look on you, they're too big"
I blushed when he said I looked 'cute'. But only because that was my first time being called that!
"S-so what are we...going shopping?" my palms sweatenned when I realized something. "But I don't have any money for anything!"
Kakashi rolled his eyes and placed a hand on my head. "Dummy. I wouldn't suggest anything if I'll leave you paying for your needs"
I pulled his hand away, eyeing him suspiciously. "Yea well....what's the catch?"
Kakashi sighed, shoving his hands in his pockets. "I understand why you're so suspicious but believe me, Naruto. If I wanted something I would have asked it of you five days ago. Have I done anything you deem remotely suspicious or untrustworthy to you?"
I felt guilty. Here is an honest and genuinely kind man offering me food, shelter and new clothes, and here I am judging his every move. "I'm sorry" I said, this time meaning it. "Y-you're right, I'm sorry for being rude and suspicious of you i-it's just my instincts I--"
"---It's fine Naruto" Kakashi held up a hand to silence me. "Just, know that you can trust me" he nodded at me, before going to grab a coat and tossing it to me. "Wear this, it's going to be cold outside"
I gave him a small, but real, smile. "Thank you"

Kakashi took me to the mall where we'll buy my new clothes.
I feel like a kid going to a carnival for the first time. I couldn't stop looking at everything and everywhere, sometimes I'd randomly point at glass windows and admire the stuff displayed behind it.
