Christmas Special

Naruto resisted the urge to groan as he and his roommate, plus Doctor Tsunade and her husband shopped for Christmas decorations and presents. The blonde didn't understand what the big deal was, to him Christmas doesn't mean anything.

For Naruto Uzumaki, it was just another day where you eat food, play with snow, and then sleep. And then move on with the next day.

When he told Kakashi this however-

"Just another day? Naruto I never thought a sweet, cute boy like you would ever say such things!" Kakashi dramatically sobbed as he shook the whiskered blonde.

Naruto stared at his roommate weirdly, not understanding what the big deal was. Really this man can be pretty childish sometimes.

"Growing up in the streets, Christmas never meant anything to me. Not even back when I was at the orphanage, it just reminded me how alone I was because I see everyone with their families, friends while I was by myself. The other orphans avoided me and the care takers would make sure to keep me out of the room while they and the other children would decorate the tree" Naruto explained. "And besides, Christmas is just an excuse for kids to be free from school and for businessmen to get fat with money"

"It's more than that" Kakashi insisted. "It's when families gather together, kids are told stories about Saint Nick, friends go carolling, and there's the festival to look forward to"

Naruto just shrugged it off. "You make it sound like it's a beautiful thing Kakashi but" looking away he muttered lowly "I don't have a family or any one to do all that with"

Thinking back, Naruto thought that Kakashi had pitied him. The thought made him mad that the man was doing this out of pity.

But a stronger part of him believed Kakashi just really wanted him to happily learn Christmas traditions he missed out on doing for thirteen years.

Naruto felt the ends of his lips tug up. Looking at Kakashi who was busy checking at Christmas lights, the blonde sighed. He should appreciate Kakashi more, and who knows maybe this Christmas thing wouldn't be so bad?

"Hey Naruto!" He heard Deidara's voice from afar. Turning to the direction he smiled and waved back at the long haired blonde man.

Deidara was wearing a red sweater and black pants, with a Santa hat on his head.

But damn, Naruto couldn't help but stare, because despite wearing such a simple outfit Deidara made them hot.

The older blonde grins at him and ruffled his hair. "Are you with Kakashi?"

Naruto nodded and gestured for the silver haired man. "I didn't want to leave the apartment but..." Smiling sheepishly and scratching the back of his head, he grinned up at the older blonde. "Kakashi literally dragged me out and locked me in the car"

"Hmm, who's that hot lady with the big tits?" Deidara pointed to Tsunade who was looking at the plastic Christmas trees.

Naruto thought of a funny idea. "Oh that's my Doctor, her name's Tsunade" he smirked at his friend. "She's twenty four and she's single" he crossed his fingers behind his back.

That lit something up in Deidara's eyes. "Oh is she? Well could you introduce me?"

Naruto shook his head. "Sorry but I'm a little busy uhh..." He pointed at the Santa Claus dolls. "Choosing which of these Santa Clauses would look good in the living room, the small one or the big fat one?"
