Falling For You?

Prologue

This is the first story I'm doing that isn't about miraculous... It's weird... ENJOY!!!!!

[Tyler POV]

I skipped happily to Madison's house.

She's my bestest friend ever!!! I know that she will always be there for me!!! Like I will for her!!!

I walked through the front door to be greeted by Madison's parents, Amelia and Nico Rinker.

I hurried up to Madison's room and entered through the gray door. Madison was sitting on her bed, wrapped in her favorite gray blanket. 

Uh, oh!!!

I sat beside her and tilted my head curiously. She glanced at me and grinned.

"Let's get our miraculous on!!!" she shouted, throwing her favorite blanket behind her and ran out the door. "LAST ONE THERE IS A NASTY AKUMA!!!"

I grinned as I hurried to our favorite spot, the woods at the edge of the city. Madison quickly jumped onto our meeting spot, a giant rock, and did her victory dance. I climbed onto the rock and pouted.

"You cheated!!!" I whined, arms crossed. Madison giggled.

"I just had a tiny head start!" she protested. I put out my bottom lip as I pouted more.

Madison giggled and dragged me by the arm to our shed. It was kinda old, but we made it work.

Madison tossed me my superhero suit and ran into a secret room in the back of the shed to change. I hurriedly put on my superhero suit.

It was a textured black skin-tight catsuit with metal details. It has matching gloves that have claws on the fingertips and boots with a hidden wedge, silver toes, and paw-shaped treads. A golden bell on the neck, connected to a zipper on the front of the suit, and a long belt that wraps around the waist and hangs out from the back like a tail. There's also black cat ears, a black mask around my eyes, and a silver baton that had a bright green paw print in the middle on my back. I switched my usual silver ring for a black ring that had a bright green paw print in the middle. I was now Chat Noir!!

I heard a door open and turned around to see my partner, Ladybug. She wore a red skin-tight bodysuit covered in black spots and with a black turtleneck. When not in use, she kept her yoyo around her hips with a red string. On her face was a red mask with five black spots that are in a symmetrical design and the waterlines of her eyes were colored black. Her earrings were red with five black spots in a quincunx pattern and the bands holding her curly brown hair back were red ribbons, resembling a ladybug's antenas or a ladybug flying when she's moving.

She smiled excitedly and dragged me out into the woods.

We started to fight an imaginary akumatized victim. Its name was Animan. He wants revenge on a boy for mocking his animal friends. He's able to transform into any animal or insect that he desires, including extinct species. Transforming in rapid succession tires him out though. That is how me and Ladybug defeated him.

"Pound it!!!" we exclaimed as we fist bumped.

"Ladybug and Chat Noir save the day again!" Ladybug stated with a smile. I smiled back.

"Because we're a team, and will always be there for each other!" I said and we hurried into the shed. We changed back into our usual clothes.

I put on my usual black t-shirt, light blue shorts, and orange sneakers with white soles. I switched my Chat Noir ring for my usual silver ring.

Madison came out of the secret room wearing her usual white t-shirt, pink shorts, and pink flip-flops. She switched her Ladybug earrings for her usual black ones.

We started walking to Madison's house when she stopped me by grabbing my arm.

"What was that for?" I asked, annoyed. Madison looked anywhere but my eyes.

"I'm moving to Paris in 2 weeks!" she told me and I froze.

She's... leaving...?

"Why?!" I shouted, tears in my eyes. Madison sighed.

"Mommy and Daddy said that they got a new job, but it's in Paris," she told me, tears also in her eyes. "I don't want to go!!! I don't want to leave you!!! But they didn't even ask me!!!"

Madison fell on her knees and sobbed. I knelt in front of her and hugged her tightly. Madison sobbed into my shoulder and I sobbed into her's.

I stood with my parents as Madison and her parents put their suitcases into the truck of their car. Amelia and Nico hugged my parents and stepped back towards their car. Madison tackled me into a hug and we squeezed each other tightly.

"I'll miss you," she whispered into my ear.

"Me too," I whispered back. We pulled back and I watched Madison as she hopped into her seat and her parents drove off.

I hugged my mom's legs and sobbed. She hugged me and we sadly made our way to our house.
