Madison and Tyler were the best of friends!! That is, until Madison had to move away to Paris. Time skip to 9 years later, and they finally reunite in college!! See the changes they made and how these changes effect their friendship!!
We had some exams today and I was tired!!! I just wanted to fall on my bed and sleep for a couple of years!!!
"MAD!!!!"
I stopped walking and turned around to see that Parker and Wendy were running towards me. I raised a questioning eyebrow at them.
"We were wondering if you wanted to hang out with the rest of the girls and the boys?" Parker asked. I shrugged.
"I wanted to sleep for a while, but I guess it couldn't hurt," I said.
Parker and Wendy grinned and dragged me to everyone.
"I'll call-"
"There's no need for that!!!" Wendy interrupted me. "We're all going to car pool in each other's cars!!!"
I shrugged and went in a group with Wendy, Parker, Sage, Zane, and Tyler. All of us jumped into Sage's car and followed the others.

We got out of Sage's car and stood in front of a lake.
I looked at my friends quizzically.
"What are we doing here?" I asked.
HISSSSSS!!
My eyes widened, my heart skipped a beat, and my body became tense.
HISSSSSS!!
"A SNAKE!!!! LET'S FIND IT!!!!" Addison exclaimed excitedly and everyone started looking.
I was filled with pure terror. I've always been afraid of snakes as long as I could remember.
I saw something gray and scaly slither towards me and I screamed at the top of my lungs.
Everyone turned to me in worry.
HISSSSSS!!
My breath became fast and heavy as the snake slithered closer.
I wanted to run, but I was glued to the spot.
I felt something touch my shoulder and I jumped, alerting the snake. I stiffly turned around to see a worried Tyler.
"Are you okay?" he asked gently.
I couldn't speak. I was just terrified because a snake was coming after me.
Tyler shook me gently.
"Say something, Madi!!!!" he exclaimed.
The nickname got my attention. Only Tyler called me that.
"S... sn... snake..." I said, tears in my eyes.
I hated myself for being like this in front of everyone. I hated crying even if I did it with no one there to hear or witness it. I just felt so powerless!
