(3rd) POV:
Can we meet soon? No, we will meet soon. It's in the pictures I drew. My drawings of the future. So you and I will cross paths very soon. What kind of smile does the real you have? What will the real you think when you see me, I wonder? The fake me and the real me. The fake world and the real world. False feelings and true feelings. But as for what is real and what is not, I don't know anymore, either. We will meet soon. That's the only truth I have--an illusion. I hope we see each other soon...I want to meet you, Harmony.
(Harmony's) POV:
"Once we get out of the castle, let's help Jiminy rewrite his journal!" Goofy suggests, trying to cheer up our cricket friend as we climb up to the next floor.
"I don't think Jiminy would erase his own journal," Donald points out. "Something's screwy. Journal pages don't just vanish!"
"What if...What if it's more than that?" I ask, making everyone focus their attention on me. "Goofy was telling us about another castle we'd been to...But none of us remember it. Do you think...It could be that we don't remember because we're losing our memories?"
"Losing? Our memories?" Mieu asks.
I nod my head. "In Traverse Town, and Agrabah, I feel like my memory isn't working the way it should, like a puzzle that's missing some pieces. I don't know how else to explain it, but..." I try to say.
"Hold on! Remember what that mystery fella said?" Jiminy asks. "'In this place to find is to lose, and to lose is to find'."
"So that's what it meant. He was talking about our memories," Asch says.
"So, the higher we go, the more memories we lose. Castle Oblivion really lives up to its name," Luke says, making sure that he understands.
"Does that mean everything and everybody will be forgotten?" Donald asks, looking sad.
"Madison, Riku, Sora, Kairi, my brother and my parents, too..." I say, worried, not wanting to forget ANY of them.
It's not just me who feels this way. I'm sure that the others are worried about forgetting everyone that's precious to us, too. Chibi lets out a small whine, showing that he doesn't want to forget his mother, or any of our friends, either.
"Should we go back?" Mieu asks.
"Don't worry, fellahs!" Goofy exclaims, making us turn our attention towards him. "We might forget about where we've been or what things we've seen, but we won't forget who our friends are."
"I don't know..." Donald says, having doubts.
"C'mon, Harmony, when you turned into a Heartless, did you forget about us?" Goofy asks.
"Of course I didn't!" I exclaim with no hesitation. "I'll admit, when I became a Heartless, my memories of all of you was slowly fading away, at first. But then, thanks to Kairi, all of my memories came back, and I remembered who I was and how much you all mean to me."
"There ya go! No matter what happens, you won't forget your friends," says Goofy.
"You're right. Thanks, Goofy," I say with a smile.
"I know I won't forget how you made the first move by kissing Asch," Luke teases, making mine and Asch's cheeks blush badly.
"Dammit, Luke! You're dead!" Asch yells, grabbing Luke in a headlock, and then giving him a large bump on the head.
