Hey guys! So I'm working on the newest chapter now but figured I'd toss in some random questions I've gotten from friends and a few from other sites and private messages! Hope this answers some questions any of you guys had.

Q: Where did you get the idea for Guardian?

A: It's actually very loosely based on a random dream I had. I just remember something about saving some girl from a drunk guy at a bar and when I woke up I was like "That had Bees written all over it!" It just sorta took off from there.

Q: Why can Blake's clones move?

A: Short answer? Because I wanted them too. Longer answer is that Blake is older in this fic and has had time to practice and master her semblance.

Q: I was hoping Yang would keep her arm! Why did she lose it here?

A: I had always planned on Yang losing her arm in this fic. Even though it's technically an AU I felt like Yang losing her arm was too important to her character to leave out.

Q: More WhiteRose?

A: Yes! There will be more WhiteRose but it will be more of a background thing as this is Blake and Yang's story.

Q: Will there be other references to the canon story?

A: Absolutely! I love dropping little "Easter eggs" from the canon story into this fic. You'll see more references and characters in chapters to come.

Q: How long will Guardian be?

A: I have no set end to this fic actually. I mean, I have and ending I just don't have everything to that ending planned. I have major plot points and minor plot points and things I just pull out of thin air that somehow seem to work. I am a very chaotic writer...how I got this far I will never know.

Q: How often do you write?

A: I try to write for at least an hour a day but I have so many writing projects it's a miracle I've gotten anywhere with them. In addition to Guardian I have something I'm writing for a friend based on some of her D&D characters, a Clexa AU fic that I really need to update, one original story I've posted here (shamelessly promoting it, if you like angsty fantasy lesbians go check it out it's called "Daemon Heart"), like three other original stories in various notebooks on my shelves, and I recently just started a Catradora fic that will posted here as soon as I finish some rough drafts. Hope you like my writing guys! Cause I have no plans on stopping!

Q: Do you have other ships in RWBY?

A: I do! As you can tell from the story I like WhiteRose, Arkos, Crosshares, and Renora. I like several others and there are some that I don't ship but I also don't ship shame. I feel like if you ship a lot of people or you ship certain people then all that matters is that you like it. And if you don't ship at all then that's alright too.

Q: You seem like you're busy a lot. How do you find time to write?

A: Virgin sacrifice. I'm joking! But it really is a miracle I mange to find time to write at all! I work a full time night job, I'm a mother to a one year old boy, and I still try to find time for family and friends. But you guys mean a lot to me too and you give me the motivation to write!

Q: Do you have any hobbies outside of writing?

A: Several! I'm am avid video gamer and recently started streaming (a friend of mine talked me into that), I love to watch anime though I don't have the time to watch as much as I would like, every now and then I pick up a pencil and draw though I'm no where near as good as my brother is, but aside from writing and video games my other biggest passion is music! I come from a very musical family (and I mean that literally my mom and I burst into song at random all the time) and music has helped me through a lot of dark times. I actually just bought a new guitar that I'm dying to break in as soon as it gets here!

Q: Do you have a favorite book series?

A: *gestures to my two bookshelves overflowing with books* I have many. Remember that night job I mentioned? It's a book warehouse. I work with books, 8 hours a day, five days a week and we are allowed to take ten books home from a giveaway every month. That's a hundred and twenty books a year...and I've worked there for three years. Granted! I don't take ten books a month anymore. I just sorta skim through and search for things me or people I know would like. Still...I have A LOT of books.

Q: Are you a boy or a girl?

A: I am an alien from outer space. That's another joke, I know I suck at them. I identify as a disaster bisexual woman.

Q: How old are you?

A: *cringe* I'll be twenty-seven this year. Thirty is creeping up on me fast and I don't know how I feel about it.

Q: Where are you from?

A: North America. Specifically the Midwest. I'm surrounded by corn, tornadoes, and Casey's gas stations.

Q: Dogs or cats?

A: Um? Yes? I just like animals. I've owned a lot. From cats and dogs to horses and a snake. I actually went to collage to be a vet tech and there's not many animals I don't like. Though I hated drawing blood from cows...cows are big babies.

Q: You mentioned you have a kid. What's that like?

A: I mention my son often! I'm a proud momma so don't get me going on a tangent about my kid cause I could for hours. In short it's exhausting but also incredibly rewarding.

Thank you guys for your continued support, you really are the best, and keep an eye out for the next chapter of Guardian!
