"Yang will you stop pacing?"

Yang paused in her back and forth for all of five seconds before continuing. Blake sighed as she leaned against one of the bookshelves in, what used to be, her father's old office. Ghira had arranged for Sienna to meet them on the condition that he be kept informed. And much to Blake's shock Sienna agreed but only if she could talk to Blake and Yang alone.

"I'm sorry," Yang sighed and ran her hand down her face. "Just a bit nervous."

"About what?"

"Everything!" Yang's pacing speed increased. "Sienna agreed to meet us but what if she can't help us?"

Blake shrugged. "Then she can't help but at least we tried."

"What if Adam has moved locations?"

"Then we'll just figure out where he is again."

"What if he finds us before we find him?"

Blake placed herself in Yang's pacing route to stop her and placed her hands on her shoulders, the gentle weight grounding her. "Then we fight him. Yang we don't know how this will pan out. Adam is like a wounded animal right now, he's nursing his pride but he's also angry and unpredictable. Best case scenario everything goes according to plan and we beat him on our terms. Worst case scenario he finds us first and we got tossed into a fight before we are ready. Either way we have to face him. And either way we face him together," she cuped Yang's face and stroked her cheek. "There's no use fretting about it. We'll just psych ourselves out."

"But it's my-"

"Your job to fret about me, yes I know. Which just means I'll have to distract you from that," Blake cut her off with a smirk and tapped her on the nose as a knock on the door interrupted them. "But it seems that will have to wait," She sat in the chair at the desk while Yang took her place next to her and both of them put on a professional persona. "Come in."

Sienna walked in with a regality that demanded respect and both Yang and Blake shuffled. She sat in the chair across from Blake and sat in the same sprawled out maner she did the first time Yang met her. She never lost that regal aura dispite her relaxed posture and easy smile on her face. "I have to say I was shocked when your father said you wanted to meet with me."

"Did he tell you why?" Blake looked calm and composed from the waist up but Yang could see that under the desk her legs were bouncing nervously.

"No," she absentmindedly started cleaning under nails, "but I have an idea. I'd like to hear it from you though."

"It's Adam. We know where he is but we aren't nearly ready to take him on right now. We need someone to keep an eye on his wearabouts while Yang and I train up."

Sienna leaned forward and locked eyes with Blake. "And what's stopping me from stepping in with my own soldiers and taking care of him myself?"

"Because you owe me," Blake held her gaze until the White Fang leader leaned back with a sigh and waved for her to continue.

Did she look...guilty? Yang looked between the two, a little confused.

Blake cleared her throat before continuing. "Yang and I fought him once and it," she paused to glance at Yang's prosthetic, "didn't go well. But things didn't go well for him either and he's nursing his wounded pride after not getting what he wanted."

"He always did throw a tantrum when he didn't get his way," Sienna nodded.

"I wonder who allowed him to become that way?" Blake's voice was hard, accusitory, and Sienna flinched.

"Blake, I didn't know he would turn out this way."

"But you still could have stopped it. Instead you let him continue to act out like he does because it got you the fear you wanted."

"I never thought he would hurt you the way he did."

"Because you always turned a blind eye."

Yang stepped between them as Blake's voice continued to rise and held her hands up. "We didn't call this meeting to bring up old wounds. We called this meeting because Adam needs to be dealt with and the three of us here have personal reasons to want him handled."

Sienna smiled. "You don't seem nearly as hot headed as the first time we met bodyguard."

"Her name is Yang," Blake growled. "Say her name if you're going to speak to her."

"Blake," Yang softly got her girlfriends attention and she shook her head gently. "I appreciate it but it's okay. I'm not here to make her like me. I'm here to ask for her help to keep you safe. That is my top priority."

Sienna looked between them and a sudden realization crossed her features as she scratched the back of her neck in embarrasment. "I apologize, Yang," she mumbled. "I didn't realize you were more than her bodyguard."

Yang was shocked at the sudden change in attitude towards her but decided to asked Blake about it later. "It's fine, Sienna, but now do you understand why we want to be the ones to deal with him?"

She nodded. "If you give me his last known location I can have scouts keep an eye on him and his movements. But I want you to promise me something?" Blake nodded for her to continue. "When you go to face him I want to go with you," before they could protest she held up a hand to silence them. "Look I'll let you deal with him by yourselves and only jump in if I notice you need help. I'll even help you clear out any followers he has left. But you two aren't the only ones with a bone to pick with him. Blake was right. I am to blame for how he turned out and as such I feel it is also my responsibility to deal with him," she glanced at Yang. "When we first met I told you that Adam had much to answer for and I still mean that. He went AWOL, he swayed loyal soldiers to join his personal vendetta against Blake, and he played me for a fool. He betrayed me. I'm owed some answers as to why."

Blake and Yang shared a look like they were comunicating silently before they nodded at the same time though it was Blake who spoke for them. "That's fair High Leader Khan," she stood and held her hand out across the desk. "We have a deal then?"

Sienna clasped Blakes firmly. "We do," she turned her attention to Yang. "How long do you need to train?"

Yang tapped on her lips as she thought. "Give us two weeks. Blake is already a competent fighter and we've fought well together in the few brawls we've been in but in taking a few jobs we could polish up our teamwork. Plus," she held up her metal arm, "I need to get used to being in an actual fight with this thing. So far it's been only training. I want to see what kind of damage it can deal in a real battle."

Sienna looked both awed at Yang's prosthetic and sad as she pieced together the likely story behind it though she chose not to comment on it. "If I don't hear from you in two weeks I'll reach out myself. But I will do so only once. If neither of us hear from the other then can we all say it is safe to continue with out the other?" Blake and Yang nodded. "Good. I will try to keep you informed periodically though. So let's hope it doesn't come to that," she made her way to the door and waved at them over her shoulder without looking back at them. "Until next time girls."
