Mina's POV

I examined myself in the mirror. This is bad. This is so bad. I've never been this presentable my whole life. I've never been in a dress like this. There are only two kinds of garment I usually wear besides the basics; it's either jeans or a shirts. Not this - this silky piece of cloth.

"Did Tzuyu already bed you?" Nayeon's question surprised me as she watched me in the mirror. "Cause you don't look like those girls she usually associated herself with."

"No!" I exclaimed. "Why would she do that?" If she just try to do it. This whole thing will end when she does that.

"Cause she owns you?" She said in a 'duh' tone.

"It's a blood contract. Not a physical contract." I pointed out. "We have rules that have been talked about."

"Like what?" She fixed the strands of my hair that had curled around my head. To give me a feminine look to moderate the sexy outfit, she said.

"Three months. We only have three months. When that is over, she will release me." And Chaeyoung would be the next. My stomach maid a caving motion as if severely guilty.

"And we will never have anything other than the process of blood contract." I pointed out.

She didn't seem to believe me. "Then why are you here? This is not part of the contract."

I didn't answer right away. "She just pulled me and brought me here." I said. "It's not like I have a choice."

"And that would be the same." She muttered. "Humans are losers when it comes to Tzuyu's manipulated game. You'll eventually give in." My jaw almost went open by what she said.

Why all this thing seems like normal for them ? They are too open minded, it's not even funny. Later, I withdraw from facing the mirror. But stop when Nayeon asked me again.

"How many times a week? The blood contract itself?"

"Is there a certain interval?"

She raised her eyebrow at what I said. "Of course. She's not going to do it everyday. You'll be weak."

"Oh." Only I could say.

Nayeon nodded. "It seems like she's still going easy on you. Considering yourself lucky." She commented before opening the door for both of us.

Considering myself lucky? I ask sardonically to myself. Is this the uttermost luck I can have? I'm in a household full of vampires. I don't even know if I will make it out alive. Should I feel privilege?

I held on the necklace that Nayeon gave me earlier before Tzuyu left the room. It was a long thin silver necklace with a huge red and blue crystal pendant. She said that this is to prevent the hexes that can spread around since every party has it's own surprises.

"Don't worry, Mina. The rest of them are kind." She assures me when we're going down the stairs. The rest of them? At least I know I have her, and Tzuyu, and maybe her twin, Jeongyeon- that would be less three people to kill me in this eerie place.

We returned from walking in the dimly lit interior of the mansion. They are already here. She refers to her parents, Tzuyu's parents, and her Aunt and Uncle, who, according to her, are the host of the event.

We face the thick cloth that separates us from the outside. Now I realize that this is a theater style curtain that is set on a glass door onto the spacious patio at the back. Vampires, they love drama.
