Chapter 5: Take You down

Mina's POV

I continued to step back as she continue to approached me. I heard her laugh as if pleased with what she see. The woman stood which with her earlier and angrily walked out of the room. I watched as she rushed past me.

"Don't get any closer." I threatened Tzuyu. I almost want to tell the woman that don't leave me alone with this woman.

She laughed again. She raised both of her hands, insulting me. "Okay then." She retreated and took her clothes on the floor. She raised the black t-shirts over her head and wore them. I notice how her tone abs flexed as she do that.

"You sure you don't need me?" She asked while smirking. She held her lip as if assessing me. I suddenly remembered the reason why I was here.

"I- i need to talked to you." I answer.

"Just talk?" She amusedly asked. She took one step closer to me. "We can do something better."

I almost want to punch her because of what comes out of her mouth. She was really worthless to talk to. Whore. Woman slut.

"It's about my best friend, Chaeyoung." I met her gaze. I need to be brave. When she saw me being intimidated by her presence she just  continue playing with me. "You know her, don't you?"

Her forehead twitched but was immediately replaced by her usual conceited expression. "Give me a reason why it concerns me." She says.

"Just answer me, damn it!" Fear are taking the best of me. When I stayed here for a little longer I might run out of the room all of a sudden. I need to know. To prevent this conversation going longer.

She laugh again. She took a step forward - the next thing I knew our face are already inch apart. My eyes widened as we gazed at each other. How could she do that? I took a step back and try to stay away but she pulled my chin to look at her.

"Watch your mouth, Mina, or should I shut it for you."

I automatically push her away. She did not shrink but she voluntarily withdrew. She glanced at her wrist watch and turned her gaze at me. "I have something to take care of. I can't talk to you right now." She started walking out of the room.

I blink. "But you told me you can stop whatever you're doing."

My throat hurt because of screaming. My nerves are getting the best of me. I have no control on myself.

I have no control over what I say. It just my mere reflexes doing the work because nothing goes into my brain.

She stop walking and turned around to face me. She looked at me as if she wanted to know what exactly I was thinking. "I didn't  forget that." She says. "All you need to do is ask, Mina."

"I'm asking you to stay." I took a deep breath. "Stay here with me. I need to talk to you."

She made a slow devilish smirk. Her eyebrows raise as if teasing me. "Anything, babe." She looks at her wrist watch for a moment. It seem like she's not joking that she needs to go somewhere importantly. But her attention returned to me automatically. "I'm all yours."

The throb of my heart get strong. I feel like it's going to explode. Does she already feel my fear?

"I know you have something to do with my best friend." I started. "Just tell me - tell me- the whole truth."

She was stunned at what I said. Then she laughed. "You know the goddamn truth, Mina. You know what I am."

I watched her. The scene from that night suddenly came up on my mind. I blink and within a second she was already behind me. I could feel her breath on my neck. Her face was on the side of my neck, as if breathing my scent.
