Cheryl was finally feeling better, which was good.
Toni wanted to put Cheryl to the test.
She was going to say "babe, I felt like you've could've been nicer to me today." and see how Cheryl would react.
Toni sat on the sofa while Cheryl was in the kitchen.
"Ya know, babe. I felt like you could've been nicer to me today." Toni pouted, as she recorded on her phone.
Cheryl dropped the bowl in the sink as she dried her hands.
"What do you mean?" She asked, her voice and full of concern
"I just felt like you could've been nicer to me today." Toni sighed.
"Mamas, what do you mean? I made you breakfast. A-and I rubbed your feet. I even let you sleep on top of me." Cheryl listed, feeling genuinely bad.
Toni's heart melted, this is why she married her.
"Aww, baby, I was just testing you." Toni pouted, leaning forward to peck Cheryl's lip.
"Don't do that, I got so scared." Cheryl let out a sigh of relief.
"If you knew you didn't do nothing or hurt my feelings, why would you believe that?" Toni giggled, saving the video on her snap memories.
"I-I don't know. Sometimes I do feel like I was being mean." Cheryl shurgged.
"Come here, my soft wife." Toni smirked, bringing Cheryl into her.
Cheryl sighed, laying against Toni. "You weren't mean to me, okay? I was just kidding." Toni whispered, kissing Cheryl's forehead.
--------
"How the married life going?" Jason asked as he came to visit the married couple.
"Great. We were just about to have dinner, you staying?" Cheryl asked, pulling the lasagna pan out of the oven.
"Yeah, sure. Mom doesn't need me home right now anyway." Jason nodded, sitting at the dining room table with Toni.
"Dig in." Cheryl smiled, sitting at the table with her family. Well, yeah, Jason, and Toni.
"Mmm, Cher. Since when did you know how to cook?" Jason asked as he ate some more lasagna.
"After you and dad. . . Left, mom started giving me cooking lessons." Cheryl explained.
"Damn, Toni. Your lucky, getting to have this good food every night." Jason chuckled.
"Sometimes I have something better to eat." Toni nodded.
Cheryl glared at her from across the table. Toni put her head down, eating her food.
Jason almost choked on his food. "I-I wow. Okay, changing the subject. Mom wants us to go with her on this trip." Jason said, wiping his mouth.
"I love mom, but those trips she takes us on just make us argue." Cheryl sighed.
"True, I could go so you could stay." Jason nodded.
"Sounds great." Cheryl giggled, changing the subject.
-----
"I'm exhausted." Toni yawned as Cheryl got into bed with her.
"Mamas, you didn't even do any today." Cheryl chuckled.
"I know." Toni smiled as Cheryl pulled her to lay on top of her.
Toni sighed in Cheryl's neck, placing a soft kiss there.
"I made the best decision I've ever made in my whole life." Cheryl whispered.
"Yeah? What was it?" Toni whispered.
"Marrying you." Cheryl nodded, rubbing Toni's clothed back.
Toni chuckled. "I love you, Cher."
"I love your more, Mamas." Cheryl smiled, running her pale fingers through black locks.
Cheryl had something big planned for their anniversary tomorrow, she couldn't wait.
Heyoo! Probably won't be any chapters but this today bc my sister is having a birthday party, and they're forcing me to go🤦🏽♀️
