Cheryl was starting to become suspicious about where Penelope was going before work.

Penelope would leave early saying that the new 'patient' needs her.

Cheryl thinks it's because she's found someone else, and is scared to tell Cheryl. But what Cheryl doesn't know is that she is completely wrong.

---

"Mom, please. I want to see her, God I miss her so much." The redhead boy beg.

Yep, Jason blossom was alive, and well. He has been for 2 years now.

How? You may ask, that story is for another time.

"Jason, She misses you too! But I can't risk anything until we're in the clear." Penelope sighed.

"When is that, mom?!" Jason yelled, making Penelope flinch.

"Now, Now, Jason. Don't raise your voice at your mother." Clifford said.

Surprise surprise, He's alive too.

"But, Dad-"

"I know, and I want to see her too, but we have to wait until Cherif Keller says were in the clear." Clifford said.

"Dad, We've been in hiding for 2 years!" Jason said. He was becoming very frustrated.

"I know. I know, but you've got to have patience. You'll see her soon." Penelope said, rubbing his shoulder.

Jason sighed, nodding his head.

----

"Cheryl! I'm home." Penelope sighed, placing her purse on the kitchen counter.

"Hey, mom." Cheryl entered the kitchen.

"Did you eat?" She asked, opening the fridge.

"Yeah, I just got back from pops with Toni." Cheryl nodded, sitting at the island.

"Okay, well, I'm calling it a night, the patient needs me tomorrow." Penelope yawned.

"Mom?" Cheryl asked.

Penelope turned, "Yes?" She asked.

"Is this patient okay? He seems I don't know, very important." Cheryl asked.

"He's fine. Just has this rare disease, but I'm doing my best to save him." Penelope said.

"Okay, Well, my birthday is coming up, Are we doing anything?" Cheryl asked.

"Dinner. Maybe Toni could be there this time." She smiled leaving the room after saying good night.

-----

"I'm serious, I think she's hiding something." Cheryl told Toni as they talked on the phone.

"What could she be hiding?" Toni chuckled.

"I don't know, but I'm anxious to find out." Cheryl sighed.

"Cher, Maybe she's protecting you from something. Don't go finding out until she tells you." Toni said.

"But-"

"No buts, Promise me."

Cheryl rolled her eyes, "I promise." She muttered.

"Great! Now, how about we talk about school?" The needy brunette asked.

Cheryl sighed, "I guess."

Toni giggled.
