"What?" Summer cried. She leaped to her feet, nearly falling over and rushed to Parrot, tail streaming out from behind her.

"I mean, I mean... I think..." Parrot mumbled, staring at his claws.

"Are you really, for real sure?" Dak asked frantically.

"I... maybe... It's just that..." Parrot started nervously, his wings shifting.

"What? What?" Summer repeated, shaking Parrot by his shoulders.

"One of the Fast Fins spotted her... well... they think they saw her... and... and... they found Leyla's dragon diary washed up on the beach." Parrot avoided Summer's eyes, she then realized a very soaked dragon diary was sitting near Parrot's claws.

The cave got dead silent. Winger and Dak slowly backed away and closed the door. Aggro let her wings fall to either side of her.

Summer stared into empty space for a bit before backing off. She hesitated then darted to the trap door and darted up into the half-standing lighthouse of the Roost. She needed time to be alone, a lot of time...

Winger clawed the ground anxiously. Everything had been going wrong. From his point of view the world had literally been turned upside down.

Consumed in his thought, Winger didnt noticed the bright flash in the sky until the lightning bolt was right next to him. He jumped back, searing heat flaring across his side. His eyes trailed upwards where the dark shadow of a dragon flapped high in the air.

It kinda looked like Cutter, but mroe hunched and way bigger. Lightning flashed around it's large wings, it's eyes lit up like rings of gold.

"Guys!" Winger turned back and called to the others. When he looked back up at the dragon though, it was gone without a trace like it had been eaten up by the stormy clouds overhead.

A new dragon? Winger thought and raced back into the under-rebuilding Roost. He started to flap down into the dragon cave.

Maybe Leyla would have something in her dragon diary. Of course she would know- He caught himself and hesitated halfway through the trap door.

No... Leyla's... not around anymore... He thought and thumped down into the cave. As he looked up he noticed a flashy new dragon in the cave.

This dragon had warm amber scales and a white neck and underbelly. he had curly dark red horns that faded into a dark golden color. His eyes were fire yellow and the flame-like fins on his tail were the brightest of orange.

This dragon was a Fire Fury. An teenage one by the looks of it, abut as tall as Winger.

"Hello?" Winger asked, frowning. The myterious dragon that had got his attention before had faded from his current thoughts.

"Hi, your Winger right? Awesome." The Fire Fury looked at him, completley relaxed.

"Flare showed up a while ago." Dak explained.

"Yea, out of nowhere." Cutter grumbled. Winger noticed Cutter was staring at Flare out of the corner of his eye with not just suspicion, but hostility. He wondered why Cutter was so hostile towards Flare.

"I'm not lost or anything, I never get lost. I was just looking for someone." Flare said casually.

Then the Fire Fury's eyes turned to Winger, "It's you, Winger. Your brother Storm sent me looking for you."
