Mark sat up and ran his hands over his face aighing loudly. He jumped off the bed, pulled on his joggers and headed for the bedroom door.

"Where are you going?" I calles after him, fear and desperation in my tone.

"To get some air" he snapped "dont follow me" he picked up his tshirt and stormed out of the room. I sat there bewildered and mad at myself. This was our last night together and I'd ruined it.
