I let go of Edward, a big smile on my face. I was so happy, and proud at the same time. Edward seemed happy for me as well, and that just made my smile bigger. We looked at each other for a bit longer, just smiling. Though something inside me wanted to just put my arms around Edwards neck and pull him into a kiss, of course I didn't do that, but I wanted to.
Edward snapped out of his trance, and a small blush fell on his pale cheeks, "Y/N? Can I ask you something?"
I nod, still looking at him with a grin on my face.
"Do you still have enough food and clothes to stay?" Edward asked, his smile and blush now gone.
"Oh shoot! I have to check." I say, running back to the inventors room where all my things are.
I head for my backpack and open it, there were only a single pair of clothes yet, and two granola bars, "Goddammit," I curse under my breath, and sigh.
Edward slowly walked into the room, "So?"
"I'll probably have to go get supplies today. I'll go at night so nobody sees me," I say with a small frown on my face.
"You'll come back right?" Edward whispers, his voice was filled with sadness.
I look back at Edward and walk toward him, "Of course I'll be back. You won't even notice I left."
Edward gave me a small smile, his big brown eyes staring back at mine.
(Time skip to night)
Edward and I were outside, I was getting ready to leave, and we were just saying goodbye.
"Okay, remember I'll be back. Don't worry about me." I smile at him once more.
Edward nods, and I slowly open the gates to leave.
