You sat there throwing popcorn inside Pony's mouth from across the table. You decided to spend the day at the Curtis's house since you had nothing to do. Spending time with the guys, especially Pony, made your days better.
"You suck." Ponyboy jokes as you toss a popcorn in his mouth and it lands straight inside. He starts coughing as you cheer.
"Who sucks now, hu?" You say laughing.
The front door opens and the rest of the guys come in.
"Anybody home?" Sodapop calls out.
"In the kitchen!" You and Ponyboy say at the same time. He grabs some popcorn and throws it at you as you grab some and do the same to him.
The guys go into the kitchen, Two-Bit going straight to the fridge to get a beer for himself and Steve. Sodapop leans grabs the bowl of popcorn and leans on the counter.
"Y'all wanna go to the movies tonight?" Soda asks.
"Who is going?" Steve asks.
"Dally ain't going if that's why you're asking." Soda laughs.
"Good, cause I ain't trying to get kicked out of the movies cause Dally fights someone." Steve and Two-Bit laugh.
"You two are going?" Sodapop asks.
"Oh I don't know. Ponyboy, you going?" You ask.
"Only if you want to go." He says.
"Alright, we're going." You smile at them.
"I'm gonna go take a quick shower." Ponyboy says as he gets up and leaves the kitchen.
You stare at Pony as he walks away, feeling eyes on you now. You turn to the side and Two-Bit is looking at you, eyebrow raised. Same with Steve and Sodapop.
"What?" You ask as you stand up and clean the table:
"So when are you gonna tell my little brother you like him?" Sodapop smirks.
"Pft, what? I do not like him." You say as you throw away the popcorn.
"(Y/N)?" Two-Bit says.
"Why? Did he say anything about me? I mean, not that I care or anything." You say rather quickly to try to keep your cool.
"(Y/N), we know you like him." Sodapop says.
"Look Pepsi, I do not like your brother." You say as Sodapop smirks.
"Well then, I guess you wouldn't mind if Tilly tags along, I mean, she does like Ponyboy." Steve says. Tilly was his cousin.
You felt a little jealous but you still didn't want to say anything.
"Nope, I know what you're trying to do. You want me to get jealous but it's not going to work." You say walking towards the living room. "But invite her, would love to have a girl around for once."
"Come on (Y/N)." Two-bit says.
"Yeah, come on. Just tell him." Sodapop says.
"Tell who what?" You hear a voice behind you.
You turn around wide eyed to see Ponyboy in just a towel wrapped around his waist.
"Oh gosh Pony, put some clothes on!" You say rather quickly and walk past him to go outside.
You hear the guys laughing in the back as you sit on the concrete stairs.
The door opens and Sodapop sits next to you.
"Just tell him (Y/N)." He says.
"Look, I don't like Ponyboy. We're just really good friends." You say getting up. "I'm going to go change so I'll see you guy in a bit."
