One Message // Tsukkiyama

"So.. where to first?" Yamaguchi asked Tsukishima.

The others had split off with their partners a bit ago, leaving just the two boys standing there.

Tsukishima checked his phone then shrugged, "How about the roller coaster?"

"Sure, why not?" Yamaguchi smiled and the two made their way over to the roller coaster, "have you been here before?"

"Once, with my brother," Tsukishima responded.

"Oh, so you know the best things to do?"

"I guess," Tsukishima nodded.

'Not very talkative... and he keeps checking his phone. I'm gonna check mine.'

Yamaguchi pulled out his phone and found a message from the girl.

'How are you doing?'

Yamaguchi smiled and responded.

'I'm good, now that you're texting me.'

The boys got into the line for the roller coaster and stayed silent the whole time in line. That was ok with Yamaguchi, he just kept himself busy with texting the girl. The time had passed and they finally made it to the front of the line. Yamaguchi put away his phone and so did Tsukishima, who was blushing slightly.

They got on and Yamaguchi screamed in excitement as Tsukishima silently enjoyed the ride.

"Wow, that was SO cool!" Yamaguchi cheered afterwards.

"Yeah," Tsukishima agreed.

"Oh, can we get cotton candy?!" Yamaguchi asked.

"If you want."

Yamaguchi ran over to the cotton candy as Tsukishima walked behind him.

"Two please!" Yamaguchi informed and then pulled out his wallet to pay for the cotton candies, "thank you!"

He handed Tsukishima one of the cotton candies as he thanked Yamaguchi. The two boys walked over to a bench and took a seat. It was silent as they ate the cotton candy, but the silence was comfortable.

"Hey, Tsukki? Can I call you that?" Yamaguchi paused for Tsukishima to nod, "Well, Tsukki, I'm talking to this girl, she's amazing, and I want to ask her out, but I feel like I'm such a loser.. So have any advice? I bet you've had a girlfriend before."

Tsukishima stared at Yamaguchi for a bit then laughed, "Uh.. well... I've never had a girlfriend before. I'm talking to this guy right now and I have no idea what I'm doing either."

Yamaguchi snickered, "well, good luck with you two."

"Good luck to you as well."
