"Yuu... Isn't that a boy's name?" The girls asked.
"My mom said it's a commonly used for boys. But my dad really wanted to name me Yuu."
"Ah, right! Even Minoru from next class is a girl with a common boy's name. She's pretty reckless. Unlike Yuu-san!" One beamed, praising the new student.
"I really like your hair, Yuu-san! Do you style your hair yourself?"
"No. My mom mostly helps me with getting ready. She picks my outfits, does my hair."
"Yuu! Let's play dolls at my house after school, yeah?"
"I'd love to!"

Nishinoya slowly opened his eyes. He sat up straight on his bed. He looked at the alarm clock on his nightstand to see that it was one in the morning. He was sleepy, but he didn't want to sleep.
He got out of bed and walked to the kitchen, making himself a cup of tea.
The dream he just had, it made him feel down. He realized what he had said to Asahi and just realized how mean his words sounded to Asahi.
He grabbed his phone on the nightstand and walked back to the kitchen. He thought of texting Asahi but text messages sound dishonest. Maybe he should call him. But it's already so late, wouldn't he be sleeping?
"Wait, why am I overthinking this?" Nishinoya shook his head. He constructed an apology text for Asahi, taking his time in pouring honest apologies in it. His thumb hovered over the send button before shaking his head.
"You have to apologize Yuu. You were mean to someone who likes you for no reason." He pressed the send button and sent the text message. He expected Asahi to read it instantly but after waiting for a few minutes and it wasn't even read, Nishinoya sighed. It was so late, he would most definitely be asleep.
He placed his phone aside and sipped his tea. He closed his eyes and imagined all the things he loves. Strawberries, snow, friends, Asahi...
His eyes shot open.
"Asahi?"
The sound of his phone ringing interrupted his thought. He looked at the caller and had a small smile on his face. So he's still up. He picked up his phone and slid his fingers across the screen, accepting the call.
"Moshi mosh Wakkun!"

Nishinoya was nervous. He didn't know how to style his hair and Asahi didn't even text back when he asked him if he would be here to help him get ready. He had read them but didn't reply back, causing Nishinoya to be annoyed by this action of Asahi's. He even called him a few times but it was declined.
"Crybaby." He muttered.
Who wouldn't he be mad? He wanted to reconcile but Asahi was just moping and ignoring him. Nishinoya was angry at this behaviour of his that he just muted Asahi's texts that day. He wouldn't get any notifications even if Asahi texts back.
He had a much more important thing to worry about.
Since he didn't know what style he should go for, he decided to just let his hair that way. Bowl cut. The hair style reminded him of the angry blue eyed barista, Kageyama. He softly chuckled at the thought.

Nishinoya was nervous as he walked into the lobby. He looked around the huge lobby as he gripped on Ushijima's hands so he won't get lost. The building looked huge on the outside. It wasn't any different inside too.
