(LUKES POV)

We got home at 10:30. Everyone was in bed. I got upstairs. I peeked in Marley's room. She was asleep. I went to my room. I hung up the frame Marley got for me. I love it.

I was so tired so I changed and went to bed.

I woke up the next morning and it was 10. I went into the hall and Marley's door was still shut like last night. So, I went in. She was still asleep. I walked over to the bed. I brushed some hair out of her face.

"Wake up,Sleepy head." I shook her a bit.

"Nooooo." She groaned.

"Come on. We need to tell Miss Lane about Rachel." She sat up and pouted at me.

"I'm tired." She collapsed into me.

"I know." I held her, rubbing her arm. She threw her hair up in a bun of curls. She pulled on leggings and a baggy sweat shirt.

I knocked on Miss Marin's office door.

"Come in." She said.

Her and Miss Lane were looking through papers at her desk.

"What's wrong. We don't have time for nonsense." I stood side by side with Mar.

"No, we need to talk it's about Rachel."

"Well, she seems like a lovely girl. Until Marley punched her in the face and you both ran out of here." Miss Marin corrected.

Marley crossed her arms.

"No, she's- she's- She's out to get me."

"What?" Miss Lane asked her.

(Marley's POV)

I explained to them everything I knew. I told them everything she said to me. Their expressions turned cold, and they looked a each other like it was the end of the world.

"What?" Luke asked, concerned.

"I think it's time, Molly." Miss Marin said to Miss Lane. "We need to tell her."

"Tell me what?" I sat on the edge of my seat.

"Well, you know this orphanage is for "special cases" right?" Miss Marin asked.

"Yes." I said. I knew that since I was 8.

"Well, you were the first special case. You were brought here when you were 2 years old by your mother. Your real last name isn't Quinn.

"What?" I asked.

"Your last name is Smith. So, is Miss Lane's. "

"Miss lane is my older sister?" I asked, I'm so lost.

"No, Miss Lane is your mom."
