Ugh, it's so boring in here, Y/N thought, as she was sitting around in the living room, waiting for her mom to come home from work. She was stuck inside, reading a book to passing the AWFULLY BORING time! Why, someone might ask? Because her mom had a strict rule about staying inside while she was away! And, even worse, she had to watch her brother, B/N!
Y/N was reading f/b (favorite book) when the back door burst open to reveal her mom COMPLETELY out of breath.
"Mom, what's wrong? You look like you ran 5 miles in six seconds!" Y/N said, jokingly yet still concerned.
"I j...I just...i he-helped Emily ca...catch her dog," her mom said, her breathing soon slowing down. (BTW, Emily is just someone who lives in the neighborhood)
"Oh, I thought you lost your keys or something."
"Haha, very funny."
"What? It's not like it hasn't happened before! Well, anyway, I'm gonna take a walk. Ok?"
"Yeah. Where's B/N?"
"In his room playing video games," Y/N replied.
She walked out the front door and started walking towards the gate, when something caught her eye. It was a smooth golden ring.
Maybe someone lost it, like maybe B/F (best friend). She ALWAYS wears jewelry, Y/N thought. But then, if it WAS B/F's, there wouldn't be a story to tell.
Y/N picked it up and her world started to violently spin. Then came darkness...
