Dolly lay awake staring at the ceiling, Dolly desperately wanted to go to sleep but their little one was not having it. Taking a deep breath, Dolly untangled herself from the arms of her husband and sat up, she brushed her hair from her face then made effort to stand up. She squealed slightly as her feet made contact with the cold wooden floor of their bedroom, sending a shiver through her entire body.
The blonde could hear the grumble of her husband, hoping she hadn't woke him she turns to see him still asleep. Dolly sighs a breath of relief before carefully pushing herself up off of the bed, she manages to find her slippers then as quietly as she could she made her way to the bathroom. Closing the door behind her, she turns on the light, wincing slightly at the brightness, her eyes having not adjusted yet. She makes her way towards the sink, looking at her reflection in the mirror, she knew she should be making the most of her time home with Kenny, after all his tour date as getting closer and closer and before Dolly'd even know it he'd be gone again, only this time she'd be with him.
That thought made her feel better, at least she'd be able to have his arms around her whilst she sleeps. A smile brushes her face at that thought, though her eyes instantly widen at the thought of her fur babies. Who'd take care of them?!
Her thoughts were interrupted by a grumble then a muffled 'Dolly'
"I'm in here baby, go back to sleep we have a few busy weeks ahead of us." Dolly calls as she tucks a strand of hair behind her hair. She makes her way to the toilet, deciding she'd go before heading back to bed and try to get some shut eye.
Once finished in the bathroom Dolly turns out the light and heads back to her bed.
"What were you doing?" Kenny mumbles half asleep. Dolly smiles at the unbearable cuteness of a sleepy Kenny Rogers.
"Your little monster had a disco on my bladder that's all." She smiles carefully climbing in beside him. The man growls instantly wrapping his arms around her.
"Don't you mean our little monster?" He nuzzles his chin against the side of Dolly's face earning a giggle from the woman.
"Our little baby." She smiles at the thought of a little Kenny or little Dolly running about.
Kenny drifted back to sleep not soon after he had his Dolly back in his arms, his hand resting on her stomach where their baby grew bigger with each passing day. A smile forms on Dolly's face as she top places her little hand on her little baby bump that would only increase in size along with their babe inside.
The blonde began to gently hum a tune before quietly adding a few words as she went along.
"Love can grow in the strangest places,
Might find love in strangers faces.
Find it on a mountaintop or in a valley low
Love can grow where you least expect it,
Nurtured by a kiss or a tear that wets it.
Love will grow if one just lets it,
Let love grow."
Dolly rubs her hand against her stomach as she began to softly speak.
"I can't wait to meet you, and neither can your daddy. We've been waiting so long for you, but the wait will be worth it, I just know it will. Oh I can't wait to hold you in my arms, and I promise I'll do my best to prove, That I'll be here for you always. No matter what there'll always be a place for you with me, my little unborn angel."
Dolly hummed some more before lulling herself into a much needed sleep.

Time had gone by and the day of the tour was upon them. Kenny tried his best to get everything before Dolly had chance to involve herself, however it turned out to be just as hard as he first suspected. His little stubborn Dolly wanted to be involved, wanted to help load their things, to which everyone was against, out of concern for her and the baby. Needless to say Dolly was not at all impressed, nor did she listen.
"Dolly! You put that suitcase down now!" Kenny said as he quickly made his way to his wife.
"I'm helping." The blonde smiles up at her husband.
"I know but you need to start taking it easy, I know it's hard for you but you need to slow down." The man took the case from her.
"I'm perfectly capable of carrying a suitcase Kenny." Dolly rolls her eyes.
"Baby," Kenny places the case down, moving closer to his wife.
"I know you are but I just don't want you to overdo yourself." He ran his hands down along her arms before pulling her into his embrace.
You have our little in there, remember?" He smiles, slipping his hand between them and rests it on her stomach.
"Speaking of which, I need the loo." Dolly said quickly releasing herself from his embrace and making her way towards the bathroom.
He smiles watching her leave.
"This is going to be interesting." Judy came to stand beside Kenny.
The man chuckles turning his attention to the red head.
"Don't I know it."

"Bye bye babies, mommy and daddy love you very much" Dolly hugs both dogs as they wag their tail enjoying the embrace.
"Baby, we have to go." Kenny walks over to the blonde, smiling at the sight.
"I know, I know." The blonde sighs, Kenny instantly moves to help her stand up.
"I was just saying good bye to our little fur babies." She smiles up at her husband.
The man chuckles hugging the blonde and placing a little kiss upon her head.
"Well now it's my turn, I'll meet you outside."
"Okay, now you pair be good for grandma and grandpa." Dolly warns before leaving.
Kenny shakes his head, a smile on his lips as he watches her leave.
"Dolly, we'll be fine." Dolly's mother smiles as she hugs the blonde,
"And Daddy'll take care of the horses and chickens so don't worry about a thing"
"Everythin' will be fine." Her father smiles, coming up behind the pair.
"I know." Dolly smiles before hugging her father.
"You ready?" Kenny smiles, the blonde nods, Kenny said his goodbye to Dolly's parents then took the blondes hand and off they went, on the road again.
