Summary: Hours later after the accident the doctor tells Seonghwa some devastating news regarding San's condition, leaving Seonghwa very heartbroken.

Hours later after the accident, the doctors were doing everything they could to save San's life.

Meanwhile Seonghwa was sitting outside of the operating room bouncing his leg and gripping his hair while staring at the ground, feeling really anxious, blaming himself completely for what happened.

Hongjoong was with him trying to get the older to calm down "Hwa, you need to get it together for San" he said to him.

Seonghwa looks up at him tears filling his eyes again "what if I lose him, it'll be my fault.. he wouldn've never ran out if I hadn't been so secretive and just told him the truth." He sniffled.

Hongjoong sighed "Hwa don't think negatively, he's a very strong willed person and the doctors are doing all they can for him." He said.

Not long after Hongjoong spoke a doctor came out "are you here for Choi San?" They asked.

Seonghwa immediately got up amd went over to the doctor "Is he okay?" He asked "can I see him?" He went on with his many questions, until Hongjoong stood up placing a hand on the boy's shoulder.

"Let the doctor speak Hwa" he said.

"Sorry" Seonghwa said and waited on what the doctor had to say.

"It's fine, but good news is he did well through the surgery and had a broken rib and arm. We were able to stop the bleeding in his head, but bad news he's in a coma, I'm sorry." (a/n: I have no idea what I'm doing, actually I do kinda sjsj, okay anygays back to the story)

Seonghwa felt as if his entire world was crashing down around him. "When do you think he'll wake up.." he asked quietly

"That we're unsure of... I'm sorry, but you'll be able to see him shortly once they're done setting everything up." the doctor told them before walking away.

A few minutes later they allowed Seonghwa to go into the room, he could help but to start crying again seeing San this way broke his heart with the many machines hooked up to him. "It's my fault..." he said said again crying more.

"Hwa stop blaming yourself" Hongjoong said

"He'd still be walking around and smiling, laughing, talking even... if I just had told him I was planning a surprise for him, if only I had never got argued with him so much..if he had never walked into the house.." he rambled on and on.

"Hwa stop it." Hongjoong said seriously and sighed "I know it'll be hard, but he'll wake up, he's a strong person, he may have been upset with you, but he still loves you, and you love him. Right now all you can do is wait and be here for him." He said, not knowing what else to say afterwards.

Seonghwa nodded and grabbed one of the chairs pulling it up to sit next to San's bed and held the younger's hand.

"Sannie.. I'm so sorry I don't know if you can hear me or not, but I was planning a surprise for you.. I should've just said that instead of being so secretive and making it seem like something else was going on... just please if you can hear me wake up.. I need you and I love you so so much.. please wake up soon."
