When Bonnie's alarm started to ring, she rolled over and grabbed her phone. She let out a small squeal when a pair of arms snaked around her waist and pulled her back. She really wasn't used to having somebody in bed with her.
"Nope. We're not going to school today." Theo's gruff voice grumbled in her ear. Bonnie turned off her alarm, relaxing back into Theo's arms.
"We have to." She told him, although she didn't want to go to school. She wanted to stay in bed. For one, she needed more sleep, but she also didn't want this quality time with Theo to end.
"I don't want to go..." He groaned, making Bonnie chuckle. Theo squeezed her slightly.
"We have to go. My auntie's the principle and I took the afternoon off yesterday. Besides, I've missed enough high school, I do actually need to get an education." She admitted. "Even if i'm tired and feel like shit, I've got to go to school."
Theo let go of her and rolled onto his back.
"You're right." He breathed, "We better get ready."
"I'm going to take a shower." Bonnie said, climbing out of the bed. "I've never been that hot in bed before."
Theo laughed, "Now you see why I sleep in my boxers, I'm like a radiator."
"Well, I'm not complaining." Bonnie smiled as she shrugged, turning away from Theo to look through her wardrobe. She grabbed a pair of blue skinny jeans, and a white turtleneck. "I won't be long."
Bonnie entered her bathroom and got ready to shower leaving Theo in her bedroom. He got out of bed, changing into a pair of clean boxers and pulled his jeans from yesterday back on. He pulled out a khaki green shirt and slipped it over his shoulders.
As he began to button it up, the door swung open, Theo looked up to see a puffy eye'd Natalie.
"Bonnie, who's truck is-" She began but cut herself off with an 'oh' when she saw Theo. Natalie breathed out heavily, her already tired features turning into an annoyed glare. "Where is Bonnie?"
"Uh, in the shower." Theo told her as softly as he could. He could see that she was very angry that he was here.
"Right, well.." She paused, trying not to look at Theo's unbuttoned shirt. "Just tell her I want to talk to her when she's out. I'll be in the kitchen."
Theo nodded and Natalie took a step back and closed the door. Theo shook his head and shrugged as he continued to button his shirt. He then made Bonnie's bed and sat on it, playing on his phone while he waited for her.
A few minutes later, Bonnie exited her bathroom, already dried and dressed. She smiled at Theo, who weakly smiled in return.
"What's wrong?" Bonnie asked, suddenly feeling anxious that she'd done something to upset him.
