The shouting got louder with every step she took. Further down the corridor on her left was a stair case, leading where, she didn't know. But the sound was definitely coming from up there.
"You don't want to do that!"
Bonnie reluctantly began going up the stairs, they seemed to go on forever. Until she reached a large metal door.
"Come away from there!"
Bonnie placed her ear to the door, she heard a child crying. Her heartbeat rose and she stepped back to open the door. She rushed through the door, out onto the empty roof top. Silence filled the air. The door closed behind her, a sudden wave of sadness rolled over her.
Tears began to fall as she knelt to the ground, she let out a loud sob. After a minute of crying she stood up and wiped her eyes and her nose. She slowly walked over to the edge, looking down at the car park below. A sudden wave of sickness hit her, the tears still falling as she clutched at her stomach.
"You don't want to do that!" The voice from before boomed around the rooftop, making Bonnie turn to look at a male nurse. "Come away from there!"
"I can't live without them!" Bonnie cried.
"Yes, you can." The man said sternly, "It'll be hard, but you can!"
Bonnie shuffled the tiniest bit back as the man stepped forward.
"They wouldn't want this.." He told her, "You're thirteen, it's not your fault."
Bonnie looked down at herself, seeing her shadow on the floor of the thirteen year old girl she once was. She let out a gasp, feeling increasingly panicked.
"I don't want to live without them." Bonnie told the male nurse, looking back at him, just before she turned around and stepped off the roof. A scream escaped her lips as she scrunched up her nose and closed her eyes as tightly as she could. To her surprise a hand caught her forearm. She looked down, to find herself dangling in mid-air off the side of the roof, regret swooning over her.
"I've got you!" She heard the male nurse say to her as she felt her body being pulled up. She whimpered in freight.
"I've got you!" She heard again, once she had half of her body pulled back over the edge, she looked up to see Theo's worried expression. He threw her onto the floor, rougher than he would have liked, but time wasn't on his side.
"Don't move a muscle!" He shouted at her as he ran over to the middle of the roof top, to aid Stiles who was being attacked by a chimera. The confused Bonnie's breath hitched in her throat as she lifted her body from the floor to get a clearer look at what was going on. Her body hurt from where it had scraped along the floor when Theo shoved her down.
"Josh?" She asked, seeing him turn his body towards her and snarl his extremely long fangs at her. She let out a shriek as he ran towards her. But he didn't get further than a few steps towards her before Theo had tackled him to the ground.
As the two struggled and fought with each other, Bonnie saw Theo's golden glowing eyes and his long claws. She noticed how his facial hair had grown, the shape of his nose transitioned into something more wolf like. The moment when she stopped focusing on Theo's features and focused on what was actually happening was the worst possible moment. Theo held Josh by his throat, and in a split second he had yanked his hand back, ripping his throat out with it.
Blood poured from Theo's clawed hand as he held it mid air. Bonnie's heart pounded in her chest, her head spinning and before she knew it, everything had gone black.
By the time that she had come around, the feeling still there of nausea, she over heard the conversation Theo was having with Stiles.
"I know what happened to Donovan. I know everything." Theo informed him. Bonnie rolled over onto her back, turning her head to look in their direction. Theo was now back to his human state, Stiles abruptly grabbed Theo by his top and pushed him aggressively against the caged electricity generator. Sparks flew due to the contact.
