"Mina?!" Mark's face read amazement and puzzlement all at once.

"That's what our fight was about," Wei sighed, pinching the bridge of his nose, recalling the fight the two had. "She's my guardian angel, and she told me today. I don't know why she didn't tell me before.

"Mina is a-" Mark chuckled, nervously, scratching the back of his neck, "Love, this is a lot of information to take in."

"Yeah, I know; I snapped at her, too. I should call her," Wei shook his head in annoyance with himself.

"Call her, love; to find out about Zane's guardian, and to end this fight you had," Mark proposed, motioning to the younger man's phone.

Wei nodded, grabbing his phone from the small coffee table before him, and dialing his best friend's number. It rang twice before the line went dead, confusing Wei. Attempting to call again, Mina finally answered the phone.

"Sorry, babe, I went to answer and my phone fell," she spoke, sounds of waves in the background.

Wei chuckled, putting the phone on speaker, before apologizing and admitting how right she was. Mina laughed, as well, telling him how she always has been right, which had him roll his eyes, childishly. The brown haired man also told her about the conversation with Mark, which had Mina shed tears, yet break into laughter.

Leo joined the couple on the couch, meowing when he heard his mom's voice, which had them all break into laughter over the cuteness.

"Anyway, I have a question, Nana," he sounded a bit more serious, which had her on alert.

"Babe, what's up?" Mina sat up, deciding whether to return to him, or not.

"I'm fine, Nana; I just need to know, who is Zane's guardian angel?" the brown haired man questioned, wanting to know what needed to be done with him.

"Wong Zheng," the shakiness in her voice startled Wei, as she was one who feared nothing at all.

"What?!" both Mark and Wei spoke at once, shocked by what they had heard.

"Over the phone isn't safe; I'll send you an address. We'll explain everything," the brunette replied, feeling anxious when responding to her friend.

"We?" Mark asked, tilting his head in utter puzzlement, though she couldn't see him.

"Just come by," was all she voiced, before ending the call and sending them a remote address to a small little village not far from the city.

The name Wong Zheng circled through his scattered brain, thinking he hired him, and he was definitely not one of the good ones. There was venom laced in there somewhere, yet he is the reason Zheng was even working there. He should have listened to Mark.

The raven haired man could feel the push and pull coming from his boyfriend, as the fall was over. Something washed over Wei, leaving him utterly discombobulated within his own mind.

"Love, what is it?" Mark caressed his cheek, looking into those beautiful brown eyes.

"I'm the sole reason why Zheng is working for you," the younger man mumbled, but Mark heard him.

"You didn't know, love. That's okay," Mark kissed him, wanting him to feel something other than sadness. "Let's go check this little village out, and see what Mina and the mystery person, or persons have to say."

Wei nodded, pulling his boyfriend into a deep, passionate kiss full of love, lying with him for a few minutes, before the two got up and headed towards the parking lot.

As it was more practical, the couple decided on taking Mark's SUV, putting the address into the GPS app. It was a fifteen minute drive away. Wei texted his friend, informing her he would be there soon.
