People often thought Xisuma could be boring; that he didn't know how to have fun. Well, you would never think that of him if you had come to one of his parties.

Stress had the privilege to go to his parties every few weeks. Whenever the hermitcraft server got antsy for some fun, Xisuma would send out an invitation for a get together at his base. The first time Stress received the invitation, it was met with reluctance. She didn't think the no nonsense administrator had a party-throwing bone in his body; boy, was she wrong.

So, with the promise of an incoming party, Stress was in a good mood. As she watered the plants in her garden, she hummed a happy tune. Stress always tried to be happy. But there was one thing nagging at the back of her mind. The first few parties she went to, everyone intermingled and hung out, but, as the parties grew more frequent, it became more common to show up with a partner. She knew all the hermits were too kind to judge, but when Joe and Cleo were flirting by the punch bowl, Scar and Grian were shamelessly dancing with each other, and Wels and Jevin were in a corner doing... something-Stress tried not to look to hard- she felt like she was being judged.

A childish insecurity wouldn't let her not enjoy the party though, she promised to herself. But even as she thought it, she begun to doubt it.

Before she could get too deep into a debate with herself, the sound of rockets interrupted the serenity in her garden. Stress wasn't expecting a visitor, so she was surprised when a certain Swedish hermit crash landed next to her.

Iskall quickly got up, and tried to dust the dirt and grass from his clothes.

"Hi, Stressy!" He said brightly, not acknowledging the broken flower stems beneath his feet.

"Hello, Iskall!" Stress sang back in response. Her disappointment over the dead flowers was overshadowed by her joy at seeing her old friend. However, he didn't seem like his normal self today. He was fidgeting, and not looking her in the eyes.

"Well, Stress," Iskall started. Stress was a little irked by the lack of his use of her nickname, but felt she was overreacting. "Stress, you know about the party, right?"

"Of course, silly. Everyone knows about Xisuma's parties," Stress replied, hoping she knew where this was going.

"So, I was wondering..." after starting his sentence, Iskall didn't seem like he had any intent to keep going, so Stress prompted him.

"Yes?"

"I was wondering if you wanted to go?" Iskall finally blurted out, in a rush.

"I'd love to!" Stress exclaimed. And she meant it; Iskall was very kind, and she would be elated to join him tonight.

The party was louder than normal; Stress could hear the noises reverberating off the walls of Xisuma's base the second her and Iskall entered the jungle. She grinned at that, hoping it was a sign that this party would be even more fun that usual.

Her theory was confirmed when she walked in. She saw couples dancing wildly, a bit too drunk to be coordinated. She was especially glad Iskall had asked her, as it seemed everyone had came here with someone today. Seeing this, she grabbed his hand quickly, scared she'd lose her nerve if not. Iskall jumped at first, then returned her hold. She almost giggled at his jumpiness, but didn't want to seem like she was making fun of him.

"Hey everybody!" Xisuma called out from on top of a table, sounding tipsier that normal. "Let's play a gameee." He kept stretching out the last syllable of 'game', until Keralis pulled him down from the table top.

Suggestions were thrown around, and at last the hermits settled on truth or dare. A bit juvenile, perhaps, but still fun.

Stress settled in a comfortable position in the circle and watched her friends embarrass themselves and others. By the time it had gotten to her and Iskall's spot in the circle, Scar and Grian had switched clothes, Doc was speaking solely in German, Cleo and Joe had revealed some embarrassing moments, and Xisuma wasn't allowed to drink anymore (that hadn't been a dare, but rather an intervention for his own good).

"Okay, Iskalllll," Grian drew out. Stress was excited, Grian had a reputation of being the best at this game.

"Dare?" Iskall answered to the implied question. He seemed unsure, but scared of being called a coward. After a moment of silence, Grian whispered something in Iskall's ear. Stress couldn't hear it, but, judging by Iskall's tomato red face, it was going to be interesting.

Of course, when she said interesting, she didn't think that would mean that Iskall would turn to her and kiss her, without any warning. Stress sat there, stunned, for a minute, listening to Iskall mutter apologies, saying it was Grian's dare. But Stress was barely listening. She decided kissing him again was the best way to shut him up.

I can't be bothered to finish this properly sorry.
