"How?" Dreamcloud stammered, "We killed your spirit!"

"That was a Twoleg thing I found," Dreamstar explained, letting out a mrrow of evil laughter, "It looked like me. I found two, I tested it, when you her throat get's torn nine times, it becomes a spirit object, I found  a way to make it go to the Dark Forest. If you injure her throat again, she fades away!"

Dreamcloud looked at her paws. How mouse-brained they were! She didn't even wonder why the thing didn't fight!

Dreamcloud closed her eyes, and she and Moonfall were back at the ThunderClan camp.

"I can't find Beechkit!" Sweetcloud screeched.

"We need to search for Beechkit," Dreamcloud announced.

"No need," Sweetcloud choked, "We've searched all the way to the mountains. We can't risk ThunderClan dying!"

They padded to ShadowClan.

"When can we kill those ThunderClan flea-bags?" A high-pitched and cold voice spoke.

"I honor your loyalty, Fierceclaw," Dreamstar commanded, "Kill our prisoner, Flamestar. He's starving already."

Fierceclaw padded into the prisoners'den. The ThunderClan cats and the one StarClan cat (Dreamcloud) raced toward the den, but the spirits of Bloodfang and Bonepelt stood in front of it, guarding the den.

Dreamcloud attacked Bloodfang, and the ThunderClan cats except Icepool attacked Bonepelt.

Icepool raced inside. Flamestar's body convulsed, and then it fell limp. Icepool prodded him with one paw, but the body was cold, and he did not return. Flamestar had lost all of his lives, and the ground of the den was a huge pool of blood. Fierceclaw's claws were stained blood-red.

"No!" Icepool yowled, slicing Fierceclaw's neck and causing him to let out a massive shudder, the depths of his pitiless green eyes full of hatred, and he fell dead too. He rose as a Dark Forest spirit.

"Let's destroy him!" Moonfall yowled, racing away, and leading a dog toward him. Fierceclaw slashed a claw down the dog's flank, causing it to whimper and it fled back to its Twolegs. The Twolegs walked over, picked Fierceclaw up, and took him away in a monster. Fierceclaw made the monster shatter into pieces and the Twolegs run away, squealing for their lives.

"I'll try to kill you again later," Moonfall snapped, padding away.

"Who's our leader now?"
