Foxstar and Cloudfeather reached the ThunderClan camp. They gathered a few warriors, and Dreamcloud, padding toward ShadowClan territory.

Foxstar leapt at Dreamstar and slashed his claws down her throat. She glared at him for a few moments. Then she spoke.

"I lied," she admitted, "I lost more lives than I said I did."

"Dreamstar! No!"

Fierceclaw was racing toward Dreamstar. His eyes were huge and terrified. Desperation gleamed in his eyes. For the first time, he looked petrified."Oh Dreamstar, don't be dead!"

Dreamstar's spirit rose. "Come on, Fierceclaw."

"Kill Foxstar," Dreamstar commanded.

Fierceclaw sliced Foxstar's throat.

"Wait, no, Rockstar, the new RiverClan leader," Dreamstar announced.

Fierceclaw sliced Rockstar's neck. Rockstar let out a screech of pain and fell.

"Catch me some prey," Dreamstar ordered.

"What kind?" Fierceclaw asked.

"A fresh rabbit," Dreamstar declared.

Fierceclaw saw a rabbit, stalking stealthily and pouncing on it. He nipped it's neck and carried the fresh-kill over to Dreamstar.

"Thanks," Dreamstar meowed between gulps. "Now kill Moonfall. She's getting on my nerves."

Fierceclaw sliced Moonfall's neck.

"Dark Forest cats can be so stupid sometimes," Moonfall sneered, "Whatever you do, killing leaders won't destroy the Clans. Now we're unkillable until you become killable again!"

Fierceclaw gaped at her, sinking his fangs into Moonfall's throat repeatedly.

"Moonfall's right," a silver she-cat mewed.

"Shut up, Featherheart," Fierceclaw snapped, now lunging at Featherheart's throat, "You, will die, and so will Moonfall!"

Fierceclaw leapt from cat to cat, hoping to find one that he could kill, but he found none.

"Come on," Fierceclaw mewed to Dreamstar, "I think we should go to the Dark Forest. There, we can train and find more Dark Forest cats. Then, we can have our revenge on ThunderClan and kill them. One by one."

Dreamstar nodded, "Yes, let's go."

"Don't get your hopes up," he growled to the ThunderClan cats.

"We'll be back, stronger than ever!" Dreamstar snarled.

They left the clearing.
