Since then, Copter had been spending a lot of time with Bas more than the usual.
Bas even formally asked me to allow him pick up Copter in the morning and send him home. Copter explained that Bas even joined the Dance club just to go home together and in every activity, I let them in this matter although I'm getting suspicious about this Bas. I knew they were bestfriends since elementary so I'm being a lot more considerate.
"Phi, can I go to Bas' house after class?.."
"Why?.."
"Study and hangout.."
"You can study and hangout here.."
Silence.
I used to allow him before, but not now.. he's not hanging out in someone else's room anymore..
"Okay phi.. I'll ask Bas to come and visit instead.."
He answered while pouting.. I really want to cancel my initial decision but I can't spoil Cop too much. I realized how our baby can easily hook sharks in the sea so I can't let my guard off.
No more Tee again. I guess I'm seeing that kid in our neighborhood and that's fine. As long as he won't do anything funny to Cop then we're good.

"Let me open the door.."
I keep on seeing that Tee around, more frequent now.. I decided to never let Copter be alone in the house or to not let him open the door first so I've been allowing Bas to stay whenever I'm not around.
"Helloooo phi!.."
"Yeah, come in kiddo~"
"I brought food.."
"Bas? Woooowh! Did you bring me food?.."
Cop interrupted,
"Yeah.. your favorite strawberry shortcake.. and as what I promised.."
The boy lifted his other hand, my eyes widen.. I was in awe and speechless.. it's a shopping bag of a branded shoes, and as what I can see, it's customized... It should be the latest one and limited edition.
"Baaaas!!"
Oh man! Our baby's eyes glitter in happiness.. he really is someone that can make you happy just seeing him smile..
Bas chuckled.. I guess he looked a lot happier than Copter..
Copter hugged him tight..
Ok..
That's fine.
And Bas slowly wrapped his arms in Copter's waist..
Bas' face suddenly changed, it's different. It's like.. ok.. I know Bas was also a kid but.. I tried not to mind it.. but when Bas bit his lower lip.. I knew I had to stop this.
"Ehem... Stop that.."
Copter instantly pushed himself away from Bas, and the other boy looked disappointed.. my baby looked flustered, I guess.. he forgot about me the moment he saw the shoes.
This naughty baby.
"I have to go.. you two.. DON'T CAUSE ANY TROUBLE, ok?.."
"Yes phi!.."
"Lock the door, Bas.. you know what to do.."
"Yes phi! Never open the door without checking the person and never talk to strangers.."
"Good.. call me if there's anything.. don't go out.."
"Yes phi.."
So far, everything is good with the kid.
