— WEDNESDAY, AUGUST 16.
IT'S been a month since you met floch. a month since you started the sugar daddy-sugar baby relationship with him. nothing really changed between the two of you, except for the fact that the two of you grew close overtime and somewhat built q weird friendship regarding the relationship you both had. it was hard to describe what it was, but if you could say what it felt like with one word it would definitely be comfortable. he still buys you stuff that you sometimes don't even need, and then you have mind-blowing sex when the time comes. you were still a bit confused as to how he could be so good when he doesn't have any past relationships. was it a gift? a talent? you weren't sure but it's not like you were complaining.
lately, he has been busy with work. it started after your run-in with the old man in marlowe's charity event, and apparently he has been bugging the ginger too much ever since their interaction. the two of you don't talk about what happened that night, as it was not needed, but you figured that floch would no longer take you to fancy events like that if something like that was to happen again. after all, you barely spoke nor did anything useful the whole time you were in there. heck, someone even thought it was good to treat you without respect. though you already knew it was what floch originally wanted, you were just a pretty accessory for him to show off but someone stupid had thought it was okay to mess with you. you still don't know what to feel about being an 'accessory' so to speak, but then again, it was already cleared up and you agreed without any hesitation when he told you about the conditions a month ago.
despite his busy schedule, he somewhat made time for you if he ever wanted. at least once a week, which was usually during a school night. though you began to sleep peacefully without worrying about your job or money unlike before, someone managed to make you skip sleep at least a few times. as for your work at the cafe, it was going well. hitch, as promised, had quit already, leaving you and borris alone to take care of the people longing for their caffeine. floch didn't know that you still kept your job as a barista and you intend to keep it that way. you got so used to waking up early in saturdays to work and completely depending on floch was something you don't want to do.
since you don't have any nightshifts anymore, you had a lot of time to spend. luckily, all of your friends managed to be free at the same time thus a date out with them was suddenly planned out of the blue. this was the first time you got to go out with them as a huge friend group, as most of the time someone would be missing which was you.
"okay, where do we go?" armin excitedly asked once everyone was present outside the campus. you leaned against the iron bars of the gate, your arms folded over your eyes to block out the scorching heat from the sun that continued to shine ever so brightly. in one hand was your phone, an open message from floch wondering why you sent nile home.
the others began to lay out suggestions of where to go while you answer the ginger quickly, making sure that no one would see your screen. "aw, that's cute. you're letting floch know where you are." well, except for one person.
