Okay so I'm gonna be straying away from the original storyline of the anime a bit because I'd rather focus on a plot that involves Izuku healing and learning about his feelings so don't be disappointed if it isn't exactly like the anime storyline but, i hope you still enjoy it. Also I might know about the body doesn't make me an expert so if it isn't 100 percent accurate plz don't kill me.

Izuku knew a lot of things about this world. The world is a cruel place that loves to feed on the sorrow of people no matter what age or who they are. This is why he's on a train going to see Ilda's brother. His arm is still achy and sore in a sling, sleep deprived, trying to do paperwork while listening and trying to calm his mother's worried fidgeting and thoughts. He even was trying to do some paperwork during the long train ride with some difficulty.
Earlier Izuku had woken up to his mother fretting over him. It took him ten minutes to calm her down and tell him what exactly happened. Apparently he had overdone it again. He had spent the rest of the morning with his mother, calming some of her worries. He happily watched her make breakfast, starting a conversation of their neighbor's dog that looked more like a cat. She had prepared pancakes that morning as they dug in together. He hugged his mother as he did his best to help his mother wash dishes with one arm continuing to have a deep conversation about puppies. It was a blissful morning until Mrs.Midoriya had turned on the news.
"Ignenum had been hit by the hero killer. It seems in grave condition at xxx hospital," The rest of it was a blur to Izuku. He remembered the promise to call his mom during the train ride and he remembered his rush to get everything. In his frenzy to get everything he told his mother about Ilda and how he needed to visit him and how he had to go. Hence is why he is on a train with bags full of clothes and things for a nights stay, his allowance money and working on paperwork in the dining car for the past 3 hours his mother sitting across from him watching him in worry. They paid extra money for a nicer train but it was such a long ride and he was so tired. As he inched closer to his stop he pulled out his phone, realizing he had not even called Ilda he was coming. Well at least I know he won't refuse.
The phone rang, and to Izuku's surprise he answered Ilda's voice. Instead of the normal choppy crystal clear voice, he was introduced to a deeper, gruffer sad tone. "Midoriya?"
"I need you to come pick me and my mother up at xx train station."
"P-Pardon me? Izuku I'll be sure to come but..."
"Ah my stop's coming! Please come soon! I heard about your brother and I want to help!" Izuku would be at the train stop soon and his mother was worrying again.
After a slight pause did Ilda answer a sweet tone of hope now coming out of him. "Yes, I'll be there! Just wait for me!"Izuku smiled softly before turning off his phone letting his good hand drop to his side.
"Izuku was that your friend you were telling me about? When will he be at the train station? I couldn't bring anything fancy as a visiting gift or a get well gift! Maybe I should buy something when we get there to add to the chocolates!" The poor woman had not visited any of her son's friends since elementary school thus the experience was a bit nerve wracking for her.
"It's okay mom! I think that the chocolates are lovely! Though we can stop at a gift shop or two! I heard they have lovely flower shops here!"
"Yes! You're  right! But are you sure you should be even here? You look so weak and you can barely control your quirk..." The trip had aged the woman. Her wrinkles had become more prominent and her big, teary eyes looked tired and full of desperation to keep her child from doing something he'd regret later.
Izuku's smile was soft yet tired. His skin was so pale it almost had a gray hue blending into the bags under his eyes. He looked as if he should be in a hospital bed not the one healing someone in a hospital bed.
The guilt that he couldn't have come to help his friend in his pain and his mother worrying this much about him was twisting his gut. He had to help Ilda but he didn't want his mother to worry.
-------------------------------
Izuku stumbles off the train. He should've rested more... The small journey off the train doors made him feel as if he had just run a marathon. His mother was on his tracks hovering over him softly, suggesting that they should sit down. "Izuku I think we should sit down or at least get you something to eat!" Izuku on the other hand barely holding onto consciousness. "Mom it's okay, let's get to a waiting room..." Izuu stumbled further, his mother walking beside him with big worried eyes. "Izuku.."
Izuku looked down at his mother. He took a wobbly step toward her, and smiled. "I'm okay mom." His mother looked up at him, with a slight shock. Her eyees watered a bit ,she couldn't help but owrry for Izuku but he has also grown into such a selfless boy. A small smile bloosmed on her face as she ealized she needed to calm herself. If not for herself but for he son who had grown so much.
Izku felt a little better about his mission until he hit head first into someone. Izuku embarassed jumped back, a massacre of sorries ready to shoot out of his mouth. But he didn't realize that the movement was to sudden. He couldn't see anything and his head felt light. A ringing erupted his ears and Izuku couldn't think. He couldn't move. He just wanted to go to sleep....
