Scarlet smiled as the sails unfurled for the first time on their new ship. It was the perfect day to set out to start their adventure. The sun was high in the sky, not a cloud in sight. Scarlet looked at their new ship. She was made of elder wood. Elder wood was unique in color, a deep black that made them appear to be a shadow sailing on the water. The railings were gray, made of stained oak. The ship was much large than their previous one. Below deck was Lance's medical room, Brian's workshop, canons, and their bedrooms. Brian had put in a few extra rooms as a just in case since they plan to add more members soon. On the main deck, also known as the lower deck you could find the kitchen and supplies storage. On the upper deck there was an actual sitting area. There was a level above the kitchen that is accessed by a set of stairs that had a large bathroom with a deep tub and decent sized shower. Inside was also the washing machine and dryer so they could do their laundry.

"You out did yourself this time," Dio said to Brian. "We had so much gold after dividing it up that the sky was the limit," Brian said with a smile. "We still have plenty left over for when we need to do repairs." Dio nodded with a smile before going to look over his map to chart their course. Pince went straight to the kitchen while the others went to find their rooms.

Brian had ensured the walls were nice and sound proof so no one had to hear the two couples as well as to ensure he and the others didn't have to hear Dio's horrid snoring. Lux stood on the mast, arms crossed, a wicked smile on his face as they set sail in their new ship for their first time. Scarlet sat in a chair on the upper deck, enjoying the sun and breeze. Lance joined her, a drink for each of them. "It's truly been an interesting adventure," Lance said before he took a drink. "Yeah it has," She said with a nod. Especially the last few months as they waited for Brian to finish with the ship. They trained and stayed focused while several of the other crews spent that time partying. The Shadow Pirates didn't take part despite the plethora of invitations they received. When Muris and Lance's relationship got out, it had spread like wild fire, and unfortunately those who found it wrong far exceeded the number of supporters they had. It was expected though.

Several even went out of their way to harass them when no one else was around. Muris was quick to let his fists do the talking when it came to protecting Lance from their harassment. However, it wasn't until one day Lance and Muris were on the beach enjoying the sun and breeze when they were approached by a group of ten pirates. They called them every name in the book and when Muris went to get them to shut up, they hit him in the face with a sludge ball, temporarily blinding him. Lance snapped. Had the others not stepped in, he probably would've killed them. Lance was happy they were off the island, able to be themselves without confrontation.

They sailed for a few hours till the sun went down and they decided to celebrate on the upper deck with food and alcohol. Lux sat next to Scarlet, watching as Pince and Brian had a chugging contest. Scarlet held out her bottle of rum to him. He kissed her cheek before taking a quick drink. Like usual he and Dio didn't plan to get plastered, but they would surely enjoy watching the others. Scarlet leaned into him, and he couldn't help but look down at her, getting a good view of her cleavage. He may not get drunk on alcohol, but he may just get drunk on her.

She looked up at him and he handed her back the bottle, before lowering his head to kiss her. "Gross," Brian said with a gagging sound. "Ain't no one want to see that," Pince slurred while pointing his bottle at them. Lux pulled away and chuckled at them, "You're just jealous neither of you are getting any." Brian scoffed while Pince rolled his eyes.

"They're not the only ones who seem to be enjoying themselves," Dio said with a nod towards the lower deck where Muris had Lance pinned to the mast. Lance's face bright red as Muris whispered in his ear.
"See, we're not so bad," Lux said with a chuckle. "Not yet at any rate," Brian said.
