Chapter 14

LHY's POV

(Friday, the next week, 10am)

I looked at my white watch and read the time.

Just in time.

Mochi: Just tell me if you had arrived.

HaeYo: I'm already here oppa :)))

I quickly sent as I arrived at my destination.

Two security guards stood inside the entrance doors. Going in, they checked my bags and pockets for any material that can be recognized as a weapon. I looked around the lobby as they rummaged through my bag. A L-shaped couch is situated in one side of the room with 2 matching single sofa seats and a glass coffee table in the center, newspapers and magazines occupying it. The other side is where the reception desk is put. Thanking the guards when they gave me back my bag, a chime followed by a vibration came from my phone.

Mochi: Okay I'm on my way down

You're probably wondering where I am right now. Well, I'm in the newest building of one of the best entertainment companies of South Korea. It is also where my friends work at. The mighty BigHit entertainment building. You might think that I have been inside before since I work fairly close but to be honest, I haven't 'cause I don't have any reason to. Now, I'm here to record with Jimin oppa-and maybe the other members-songs that he wrote for his own mini album.

It has already been a week since our dinner and a week since Sangmin contacted me. He didn't call me the next day like he said and didn't call days after that. I was starting to worry about him and hoped that he would at least text me, but I didn't receive a single word from him. He must just be busy but, of course, there's the thought that thinks otherwise.

It has also been a week since I had an encounter from one of my biggest fans. If you are wondering, I did what I promised to do. It became one of my biggest videos because of the views that almost reached fifty million.

*Flashback*

"Saranghaneun geon oh neojana," I sang as I played the last chord.

"And that was Always You by Astro. I hope you liked it. " I smiled at the camera. "Happy Birthday, again, Hyuna! Sorry for the late present. Thank you guys for watching, and I'll see you in the next video!" I ended with a wave.

I stopped the video and looked at the results.

I had filmed this yesterday and started editing the special birthday video for Hyuna last night. I just finished it today and it only took about four hours, in total, to edit as there was not much to cut off because I only used the piano. I did what she requested and sang Red Velvet's english version of Bad Boy and Astro's Always You. I already uploaded it about three minutes ago and I'm surprised at how much views and likes it is already recieving.

I unlocked my phone and read the recently arrived messages. I clicked on a certain group chat.

Kookie: We're having a live video on vlive at 10:30

TaeTae: watch us HaeHae!

I glanced at the clock to see the hands turning to 10:28. Opening a new tab and directly went to Vlive,, waiting for their video. I quickly ran to the kitchen to refill my bowl of Kimchi Fried Rice and back to the dining table. I clicked on their video that had just started, also sending a text to inform them I'm watching. I noticed that it was only the maknae line in the video. All of their phones chimed as I sent my message.
