Too Dead to Ruin My Day

~ 8 ~ the freezer

Min-kyu's point of view:

We looked around Felix's mansion to see if there's something he uses after he kills a body, we saw this huge whitish thing at the back of his storeroom, I can't tell what it is. I look at her as she walks closer to it. "What is it?" I asked. "I don't know," she said, getting closer to it. I got up, walking behind Soo-ah. I see Soo-ah open the thing. Both of us cough due to inhaling too much dust.

We both look up as we see a....wait...is this a... freezer? "It's a freezer..." I hear Soo-ah say. "Really?" I said, as both of us look in, confused as to why would a freezer be in here. "Does that mean we will have to hide the body in here?" Soo-ah asked, looking up at me. "We have no other choice," I answered. "K, let's do it," said Soo-ah, looking at the body then sighing. We both get closer to the body as the smell of a dead person gets closer. "Gross" I hear Soo-ah say, whining while placing her arm on her nose to fade the smell. The odor was getting stronger and stronger and was eventually too much to handle causing me to pull my black hoodie to my nose, then picking Felix's body with both my arms, he was so heavy.

I walk closer to the freezer with the body in my hand. The body gets heavier with each step, I throw the body in the freezer as soon as I get near it. Soo-ah quickly comes to help. Both of us are trying to shove his body in the freezer.

I close the freezer as soon as we fit the body in. The body was a little too big but you wouldn't be able to tell. I heard panting from Soo-ah, knowing she's exhausted. "Let's get out of here," I told Soo-ah. "No, we can't," she said, getting a confused look out of me.

"We just killed the biggest mafia, we're getting killed if anyone finds out," she said, looking around for something. I look at her as I see Soo-ah turning around and going near a window at the corner of the room. "What are you doing?" I asked. She didn't answer for a while, then said, "Let's get out of here."

I ran up towards it opening the window, knowing Soo-ah couldn't reach it and picked Soo-ah up to reach the window. I saw her climb up. I looked behind me one last time, making sure we didn't miss anything. The darkroom looked clean as if there's no dead body in there. As I looked to the window again I saw Soo-ah signaling me to come up.

I then climbed up the window. As I reached out to the window, Soo-ah helped me up a little. I turned around and bent down as I got out to close the window. As I was about to close the window I heard someone banging on the door of the room. Good thing we came out. I heard them say "Felix, I know you're in there!" yelling.

I hurriedly closed the window without listening to anything else as I turned around to see Soo-ah's widened eyes because of Felix's guards banging on the door. "Run!" I said as I intertwined my fingers with hers, as we ran.

A few minutes later... I heard Soo-ah say "Where are we going?" knowing I was taking her somewhere. "To the airport, we'll get out of here and I'll let you call your mom and Hope, okay?" I told her. "Okay," she said. I could tell she was happy knowing she's going to talk to her mom and Hope.
