Min-kyu's point of view:

How is it possible that the camera watchman didn't see anything? I thought to myself.

I walked into the camera room to see the watchman doing his job. He was looking at the computer, watching if anyone broke in or stole anything.

I knew nobody really comes to the CCTV security room

I knew nobody really comes to the CCTV security room. "Hey," the watchman said as soon as I walked in. "Do you have the footage for the past few weeks?" I asked. "No, the footage gets deleted every 12 days now because of too much storage usage," he replied. "Doesn't it get deleted every month?" I asked, confused.

"No, it's changed now." "Who told you to change it?" I asked, knowing whoever told him to delete the footage is probably the person Hye-jin is in jail because of. "Did Ji-tae tell you to delete it?" I asked, getting angry. I could see him hesitating.

"No," he said, looking at my angry face. "Who was it then?!" I said. He kept his mouth shut, looking down, scared. Anger was taking over me, causing me to slap him. I could see my handprint on his red cheek. He still didn't say a word. He was getting on my nerves. I took out my wallet from the back pocket of my jeans. I got annoyed, he was irritating me and I didn't hesitate to hold on to his collar and slam him on the wall to which he winced to. "Tell me!" I ordered him looking dead in his eyes. He looked up. "Soo-ah," he said, looking down. I felt every emotion at once. I was angry but... relieved and eager to tell everyone the truth. I released him, he started to pant because of how scared he was.

I was thinking if he would confess to Ji-Tae as he did to me... realizing everything he said is recorded on the CCTV camera located in the CCTV security room so I don't have to worry about him confessing or not. I didn't say a word... because I didn't know what to say.

I ran out of the room as fast as I could. I had to tell someone... who?... when?... I was so confused. I quickly took my phone out of my pocket as I ran towards my car. I sat in the car as I opened my phone. I looked for Ji-Tae's number as I scrolled through the contacts on my phone. I hadn't talked to him in a long time because of all that's going on.

I called him as soon as I found his number. He picked up on the third ring. "Hello?" he said, confused. I knew he was confused because he didn't know why I would call him. "Soo-ah was lying" I quickly said, not knowing what else to say. "No she wasn't, get over it" he replied.

"Ask Jisoo or just watch the footage in the CCTV security room," I said. "You mean Jisoo the CCTV watchman?" he asked. His voice was annoying me. "Who else?" was the last thing I said before hanging up, sounding rude and... annoyed.

Ji-Tae's point of view:

The fact that Min-kyu hung up the call on my face really pissed me off. Why did he tell me to ask JIsoo? What does that have to do with anything? His voice seemed too... confident. I was home alone since Soo-ah went grocery shopping.

Me and her moved in together after we started dating. I didn't know what else to do so I quickly grabbed my keys and headed out the door to my office to know what MIn-kyu was talking about. I listened to the radio until I reached my office.

I quickly walked out and locked the car before heading in. Going into the CCTV security room was my first instinct. I don't go there often... maybe.... Once every 2-3 days to check on Jisoo but I trust him. I go in knowing I'll see the CCTV watchman, Jisoo.
